Dwellings has some really nice furniture/home decor items. Some of the items are very unique. There are some candles that smell amazing that I can't find anywhere else. However, I do feel like some of the decor is overpriced and I have seen like items at places like Marshalls or TJMaxx. However, it is still a really nice store worth checking out. It's hard not to come in here without buying something! I like their new location - the old house is very cute. Some of the walk ways can get crowded if there are a lot of people in the store. It's fun to venture into each room to see what might be around the corner! read more

Dwellings is the most enjoyable home decor boutique in the Quad Cities. Very earthy, plant store kinda feel - without the plants. That may sound confusing, but that's what it reminded me of. The best part is that everything in there is very affordable, and of good quality. This beautiful home store is one of the best in the QC, with very unique home accessories and decor. Nestled in an old building right on the river in LeClaire IA, it has a great earthy urban vibe that encompasses many different styles and yet brings them all together with something for everyone. I went into "Dwellings" thinking I'd pick up a thing or two to re-decorate my home and spent $everal Hundred dollars. Unique and affordable items, and I love them all! Michael, the owner, is appreciate and kind. OOPS.... I did return a couple of items and Michael was very accommodating in that process as well.
