Hello there.... Check out these pictures! Hired them…read moreremodel our bathroom. All the tile in our bathroom must have been cut with the dullest blade on the planet bc they're all chipped Including the shiplap he cut for the wall. I called him immediately about redoing it, he came and checked it out, didn't want to redo it but instead he said he'd cover up certain parts in the shower and told us we'd need to purchase the tile he would be using to cover it up. On top of that, he knew he'd need to return to install the cabinet once it arrived and install the light above the cabinet. However, since he knew he really didn't want to redo the bathroom tile, he chose to straight up ignore us and therefore the project was never finish. Oh, but wait, there's more..... Because if the terrible welding job, we had to have a plumber come find out why on Gods green earth we had water leaking into our garage ceiling and basement bathroom (which are right under the bathroom they did) and he told us it bc of the shit welding job the contractor did. In order for the plumber to diagnose that problem he had to cut into our wall in the bathroom of course. For the shower area they didn't use any type of waterproofing membrane so it leaked onto our drywall behind it. I shouldn't need to know this bc I chose to pay someone to know it for me. Learned after the fact that he's company had NOT been license bonded and insured since 2013 and also found out that he involuntarily lost the LLC to his business June of 2021. What an actual expensive nightmare this entire experience was and still is.  I've had other people come and give us quotes to redo everything and it's going to cost us more than what we paid them! So that's cool! We can't afford to just have this stuff redone, so we're constantly reminded of the nightmare daily bc we look at it every time we use the bathroom . **So, you get to decide if you'd choose to have them destroy your house too.  Are you gonna take the chance? *

I was not trying to bash this business, but I posted a review on Google today and the company said…read moreI was fake. Now I know I need to expand. The company is unscrupulous and it just isn't ok. They disavowed ever having worked with us. Take it for whatever it is worth. This wasn't an effort to rate them low, but then they disavowed us as clients. The review is real. The work was not nearly as high-quality as we would have hoped for with the cost. As far as we could tell, they did not do more than a primer on the walls. There were many detail-related issues that fell short. The contractor was really never on site. It was very rarely that he came to check on the work of his team. Mostly he just was not there to see if his crew was doing quality work. He would come after they left and then say he would tell them later. He was never there at the same time as him as far as we know. We had a bathroom remodeled and the paint they used was not suited to be used over a shower, as the ceiling above the shower immediately began peeling upon use. It looks awful and started looking awful right away. There are multiple areas where we had to fix them on our own. They touched up areas of the paint with a different paint than the first paint, so you can see patches. The crawlspace door, for example, was so poorly re-attached after painting it, that it fell off almost immediately. The wet bar was installed such that when they reconnected the pipes, it leaked and flooded part of the basement and ruined some of the brand new floors they had just put in. We needed to replace the kickplate on the cabinet under the sink due to the water damage. Every time we pointed something out that had not been done, they said it was supposedly not what we initially said we wanted. Be VERY specific about what you want, down to the small details. Document it. In addition, they told us they might fix stuff, but they had no time to come back later due to other pending jobs. And it took FOREVER to finish. The price would have been fine overall, but considering how much we had to address on our own, we are not at all satisfied with what we got for the money. It is not ok to have to follow up on a full remodel and have to fix stuff on our own after the fact. To summarize, the basement is better than it was before, but not nearly as good quality of the work we thought we would get. Would not recommend. This job cost us $23k. We felt like we were just a space-filler job between other more important and profitable jobs to them, and the end result was an obvious testament to their "quality" and "flawless" work. We would have persisted about the inadequacy in the work, but by the time it was done, we were over it.

Terrible workmanship and communication. I spent $46,000 and every single component installed was…read moredamaged in some way. Never again with this company.
