They delivered and gahhhhhhh I can't say enough great attributes to this place. I am happy and sending everyone here!!!! Go K'nees or learn how to garden. Best flowers I ever bought. Worth it. I love when I can handle things online. I talk for 8 hours for work on a phone, I don't want to do it in my spare time. I chose my arrangement and was even able to choose the funeral home from a convenient drop down menu. There was even a space to put in what time the services started. Order placed. The day of the wake I received an email an hour before the start of services saying the flowers had been delivered. My friend and her family loved them and said they were beautiful. Additionally there was no delivery charge (which can be outright outrageous for floral delivery) and there was a coupon code applied automatically to my order which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much!

I spent time on the phone with the florist (I am from Dallas) and specifically said what I was looking for. I noted numerous times in our conversation that I hated carnations and daisies and did not want them in the arrangement. I also mentioned that I wanted blue and purple flowers. I was extremely specific of what I wanted and how it should look. On Mother's Day my mom sent me a picture of the arrangement thanking me but it was nothing like I asked. The arrangement was mostly white with yellow and maybe one purple flower. I was very disappointed and called the florist to ask about this confusion. They said that the blue and purple flowers were not in stock and very expensive. When I spoke with the company to order I gave no budget and said I would pay what I needed to get what I had envisioned. They quoted me a price and said it would be a very nice arrangement. Needless to say, I was not pleased. They did bring out a new arrangement that was better but still not what I wanted.

The bouquet was delivered and left at my front door since I was not here to receive it. I had a phone message and email or text waiting for me upon my return. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful, and included the longer-than-usual message from her, even though someone in the store had to rewrite it since it was an out-of-town order. The flowers were a combination of white hydrangeas, mauve colored roses, and two or three lavender orchids. I think I will contact West End Gardens next time I need to buy flowers. If they can fulfill a "long distance" order this well, they are great in my estimation.
