The recent Easter arrangement I sent to my Mother-in-law was a significant disappointment. The arrangement did not look fresh nor professionally done. The floral foam was displayed in a clear glass container that was supposed to have a decorative leaf wrapped around the foam to dress it up. Instead, a 1" ribbon was tied around the glass that just made the arrangement look "home-made" and not in a good way. I emailed the company to ask that a replacement arrangement be delivered, but I received no response. I won't be using them anymore. It was over $100. There were some substitutions, as you might expect during a major holiday. It just ended up with a very different look from what I ordered and not something I would have ordered.
