What can I say. This flower shop has not disappointed me yet. My most recent experience was wonderful. An unexpected special day arrived and called for flowers. I call while they were closed for a holiday weekend. Left a message through the email. Matt responded pretty dang quick. When opened the next business day, the flowers were ordered and delivered by 1010am. The professionalism, quick response even though on holiday, a delivery during a busy morning. I called several florists on the Thurs before Mothers Day in search of a couple of wrist corsages for a Daughter/Father dance. They all had stopped taking orders which was understandable. One of the florists, recommended that I try Flowers Flowers, which I did. They were very accommodating, even given the short notice and busy weekend. When I picked up the corsages, I was greeted by 3 kind and friendly souls, and 2 beautifully assembled corsages. Highly recommend !! read more

Via Teleflora, I placed an online order for what should have been an elegant, premium sympathy arrangement for Sunday delivery... happily paying the additional "before 12pm" fee. I received a text that morning from Teleflora as notification that the local florist could not deliver. I called Teleflora & learned the exact vase was unavailable but they could deliver in a similar vase with similar floral selections. I agreed. I received another text notification again stating the local florist couldn't deliver. Again, I called Teleflora. This time, the local florist said it was now too late to deliver because the shop would close at noon. I cancelled the order. I learned the recipient would be home Tuesday morning so I called Teleflora to re-order... again happily paying the additional "before 12pm" fee. A floral arrangement was delivered and I received a thank you text with a photo from the recipient. I had ordered a peaceful, respectful, soothing collection of white lilies with cream roses and accents of small blue flowers. The photo revealed a colorful, celebratory, group of purple, yellow, & red flowers that did not remotely represent the chosen sympathy arrangement. I emailed Teleflora and their representative graciously refunded a fair amount representing the difference in value. I'm deeply disappointed in the lack of care & concern shown by the local florist at the Flowers Flowers shop. This is the type of service that may break a Teleflora vendor contract. I was not able to attend a funeral because of the National emergency, so I contacted Flowers Flowers for a large arrangement to be sent to the visitation. I was very happy with their customer service. I told them the colors and my cost range. Also, most importantly I gave them artistic freedom (which helps a lot because florists know flowers and I've learned doing it that way usually turns out better than copying another arrangement from a photo). They were so friendly and made it so easy for me to place my order. Many people who went to the visitation and funeral, contacted me directly and told me that my floral arrangement was the most beautiful and stunning in the room. If I could possibly give no stars I would! This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a delivery service. I ordered a $70+ fruit basket and there wasn't a single piece of fruit included. They substituted snacks....not even good snacks and not anywhere near $70 worth. When I called them they said they have the option to substitute and then hung up on me. I paid over 70$ for the Sunflower Symphony. My daughters faves are sunflowers. I got 1 yellow Gerber daisy, orange lilies, pink roses and some other flower. I was told that it is subject to the florists interpretation of the photo. Apparently the florists at this shop do not know what sunflowers are. Stay away and do not order. I was embarrassed by what the flowers looked like, especially since I paid for the "better" premium ones. I could have gotten these flowers myself for $12 from the grocery store. read more

I used Flowers Flowers for my wedding party bouquets. I picked out beautiful Calla Lilly's as my bouquet and red roses as everyone else's. When I picked up my arrangements on the morning of the wedding, most of my flowers appeared to be roting by the base of the flower head. There was strategically placed green tape around this part in an attempt to hide or hold the flowers together. By the time my wedding started (4 hrs later), 6 out of 12 of flower heads had fallen completely off. The roses held together beautifully so I ended up having to switch with my maid of honor and carry that bouquet instead. Needless to say I am very disappointed in their service. I will never use this florist again. I'll post a picture of the dead flowers so you can see how I wasted $100 on a dead bouquet. read more

Had a completely positive and easy experience using Flowers Flowers. I made a visit into the store to share ideas about an engagement brunch. They made up a sample for me to look at the next week. It was just right, but I asked them to tone down one color and increase another. When I arrived at the event, I was thrilled and have received many compliments.
