Who knows where the bottom of the water jug has been as I'm sure he has put it down a time or two on bar tops, table tops, etc. And now, it's sitting in the ice. Gross. Lastly, there had to be 100 flies all over the outside bar. Regular flies and also fruit flies. I hate to leave this negative review but am doing so in the hopes that they clean up, because we really love Carmines.

It was such a simple request, and the way it was handled made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by asking. At that point, I just wanted to leave. I have also noticed that this location has become increasingly dirty and poorly maintained. The service feels disorganized as well. Customers' names are not taken with orders, and receipts do not clearly identify what was purchased; they simply show numbers. I am writing this because I used to enjoy coming here. Good pastries are not enough if customers are made to feel unwelcome. Cleanliness, organization, and respectful customer service matter.
