I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. I requested a blue vase, lots of color, and no carnations. The florist suggested a higher dollar amount because of the size of the blue vase she had in stock. This is what I got for $75.00. They provided the blue vase, and a colorful arrangement, but they used carnations and the arrangement is pretty sparse. Not sure I would use Flowerama Cedar Falls again. read more

I visit this flower location a couple times a year. I don't need to get flowers too often but if I do flower Rama is my first choice. On my most recent trip I needed a bouquet of flowers to gift to my pharmacy staff for national pharmacy month. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help finding anything. I walk to the corner where the coolers were and took a look at the arrangements. I like that they had him sorted out my price point. I knew that I wanted to spend $30 so I simply had to look at the shelf with a $30 arrangements. They have three to choose from. If I wanted something in particular they could've made it up no problem. But I found a very nice one in that price that I wanted. They rang me up and took care of me very quickly. In the past I have had them deliver flowers to my store and two other people as well. You can save on the delivery fee by going and getting the flowers yourself. Inside the store they have so much more than just flowers. They have Decour and gift of bowls and items for your yard as well. So much more to look at than just flowers. I enjoy driving by their store all your round because they have all kinds of items on display outside their store. A downside is I feel the store is very crowded. They cram so much stuff in there it's almost overwhelming. It doesn't feel very well organized. It makes me think that this merchandise has been here for years. But primarily I'm not there to look at the merchandise just to buy flowers. read more

Pretty rough experience, but the manager did reach out after viewing this, wanting to make the situation right, and I appreciate that business ownership. Bumped up a star because of that. The original situation: I called to have them delivered and the girl on the phone was new so she wasn't sure if they could deliver them ....... to Main Street ..... I told her the name of the bouquet I wanted (got that from online) and said exclusively that it was important to have a sunflower in it. She went back and looked and said there was plenty. Then she went to hang up and I asked if she needed to know what to write on the card. She said oh yeah! And I started to say what I wanted her to write. She must've been writing at lightning speed because she didn't need any repetition. Little did I know she just wasn't writing it down at all :))) The recipient of the flowers never messaged me so I messaged her and she sent a photo and said "Thank you! There was no card with it so I had no clue who they were from." And the photo contained a bouquet with zero sunflowers. Pretty rough experience. read more

I ordered flowers for my mom here today and I'm so so so impressed with the service! Diane and Allison worked with me to make sure that if the flowers could not be delivered to my mom's job on time before she got off work, they would guarantee a delivery to an alternate address. So my mom got her flowers at home and just started crying tears of joy.
