Their installers are pros and the products are even more than we expected in terms of beauty and quality. I would never go anywhere else. The front desk assured me they could do the style and asked me to provide a reference photo when dropping him off. I did exactly that, confirmed with them multiple times, and even told them to call me if they weren't able to do it. They reassured me it would be no issue. Fast forward to pick-up--I was absolutely horrified. The haircut was nothing like what I asked for. It looked like the groomer completely ignored the reference photo, and worst of all, they didn't even bother calling me to discuss alternatives before butchering my dog's fur! I've posted before-and-after photos, including the style I requested so you can see for yourself how much of a disaster this was. The amount of hair they chopped off is shocking. The haircut I initially requested which Aloha agreed to. I won't be returning for grooming services, and I do not recommend Aloha Pet Resort & Spa if you care about how your pet is groomed! P.S. The photos are not displayed in the proper order. The images of the dog being groomed is what Aloha agreed to make him look like, the images with long fur laying down is what he looked like prior, and the images of him standing with short fur is what Aloha gave me.

Apartment is slightly dated and horrible floor plan that is not open and welcoming at all. Really bad maintenance workers that wait for weeks at a time to fix something. Ex. Kitchen drawer came apart middle of December, called to have it fixed, it is still sitting detached and broken today, Feb 22nd.
