I came here spontaneously to create a bouquet for my friend's birthday, and I was delighted by the quality of the service as well as the arrangements! The flowers looked really healthy, and I love that you can create a custom bouquet quickly. I ended up getting a premade bouquet ($35 not including the bag/case) that was arranged in this cute "paper bag" vessel, which also doubled as a vase, so I thought that was pretty cool. Also, I was able to swap out the color of the roses in the premade bouquet for others, so I'm glad that there was flexibility in being able to modify the premade bouquets. The employees working there are super nice, and I never felt rushed, even though there were three other people waiting behind me to get helped. read more

I can't recommend Flower You, they seem like a nice group but it's obvious they don't have sound operations in place to keep their customers happy. I ordered red roses online one day ahead of pickup. A phone call to confirm the order on my day of pickup revealed that a third-party service is running the online portal (and phone line). When I went to pick up my order, it looked like a third-party service was supplying most of the pre-assembled bouquets. Instead of receiving my order, I was presented a totally different set of roses, and discovered after I left the store that the vase was leaking/broken. While the employees did offer to remake the order, it's a bit ridiculous to assume someone who ordered online 24 hours ahead of time can spare 30 minutes of their day to get the product they paid for. Definitely recommend going to a professional florist, there are a few nearby. While you might pay a bit more, at least you'll actually get what you pay for. read more

Just came in for my second bouquet and I always aboard their arrangements. The flowers are very classy and they really listen to instruction. I told her that I was going to bridal shower so wanted whole flowers with a slight pop of pink and trusted her to build the bouquet according to my $65 budget while I ran to Walgreens for a card. I came back and was stunned at the gorgeous arrangement she threw together. If you find yourself ordering bouquets online because they look more elevated I would recommend coming here instead! My once full and thriving fiddle leaf fig plant was on its last legs. An infrequent watering schedule and most importantly, old soil had my plant's leaves yellowing and falling off one by one. I called plant shop after plant shop in the area, hoping for a soil change, and I didn't expect this flower shop to want to do it for me but the manager on the phone said she'd gladly take a look. A day later, she lovingly changed the soil of my tree, and even notched the branches for me. This is a process where you carefully cause breakage in a part of the plant to encourage new leaf growth, and just a month later I had new leaves growing. The best part was that she did this for only $15. Now my plant is looking healthier than ever, with dark green, shiny leaves. I am so thankful. read more

This appears to be a scam. I ordered a flower delivery online for Nov. 1. Flowers were not delivered. I called and got a generic answering machine. I did get a response to an email, saying they would send flowers (they claim the delivery was made Nov. 1, but wasn't). No flowers were delivered the second time. How do I start this epic 100 star review...what a fabulous experience to say the least!!! My wife was in NY for a few days staying at a neighboring hotel. I wanted her to feel welcome, special and loved! I Googled nearby florists and I decided to use Flower You since it was very close to my wife's hotel. I called the hotel at first to confirm my choice and the quality of possibly a prior experience. They confirmed that Flower You was a very good choice. Bear in mind that I'm in California and this place is 3000 miles away so I was trusting that Flower You could deliver and boy they hit a GRAND SLAM!!!! I called Flower You and spoke with Penny, she was incredible!!! I expressed my concerns of delivering "the best" bouquet that Penny can offer for my wife, since my wife is the my love of my life. Penny understood this assignment and she stated that she could deliver which is something I always look for...confidence that a business can delivery on it's promises, performances and I trusted Penny wholeheartedly! Since I was in a different time zone, I had to make sure that this bouquet was delivered to my wife's room before she had returned after a long day at work. I called initially at 9am (12pm NY time) and got the ball rolling with Penny in charge of this task. I called 3 times to follow up and every time I called, Penny was polite, respectful and reassuring that she could complete this task at hand. Later this day she called me and said that the bouquet turned out exceptional and it was out for delivery, around 4:30pm ET. She also sent me a photo of the finished product and I was blown away at the picture of the bouquet she made for my love. I knew my wife would love it and I called Penny immediately and thanked her profusely for completing this task in a timely manner and delivering on a promise that I would be completely satisfied. My wife called me immediately after she arrived into her room and her words were "This is the most beautiful bouquet she has ever seen!" "I LOVE YOU BABY!" This is all I wanted to hear...
