EDIT 11/17/26 After I posted my review, the owner reached out. We discussed what happened, and they acknowledged the mistake was due to an internal oversight on their team--not miscommunication on my end. They offered me a partial refund, which I appreciated, and processed it promptly. While the final product missed the mark for my event, I do want to note that the team was willing to follow up, take accountability after the fact, and offer a resolution. Original 11/13/26 Jaclyn helped me with my order. We went over some specific style guides and the team at City Blossoms even sent me custom style sheets. We edited the first sheet to better reflect the style I was looking for and approved a second sheet. The style guides that I approved all had a very whimsical feel, I even specifically asked for the bud vases to be paired back from the "low lush" originally noted to maintain that and make sure it was extra clear. On both of the style guides sent by their team it seemed clear this was understood and while flowers were not to be exact thread of these being looser, whimsical and modern were consistent in both. What I got were extremely traditional and tightly packed round bouquets for both the larger and smaller stylers. The bud vases were very tightly packed rounds and exclusively low cut stems to perfectly even heights. The three larger arrangements were perfectly cylindrical evenly cut stems in a bulb shape that almost appeared bridal. Needless to say I was mortified by how different these were when I arrived. No one from your team contacted me during delivery or I would have come up and immediately told them so and had these removed. That is how badly they missed the mark. read more

Call it going above and beyond their duty! Yes... Inna, the owner of City Blossoms did what an exceptional service oriented Business owner did for me. First and foremost, I live in Los Angeles CA so I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter's birthday online. She now lives and work in NYC. Wanted to surprise her, because it is also her first job out of college, so I sent the flowers to her workplace not knowing that she was remotely working the day of delivery. They tried delivering and waited for a good amount of time before they reached her, but she wasn't there and they could not leave it as well. Delivery guy then assured me that they will deliver again next day at the same place. That is unbelievably great service right there! This past Friday I visited City Blossoms to see what cut flowers they had in stock. I haven't been to this florist in a couple of years and I'm not sure why. You should have seen all the gorgeous flowers for various events and for delivery. I was mesmerized! After a quick look around, I ended up purchasing three stems of Freesia and one stem with five tiny white roses on it. The saleswoman who helped me was very nice. She was also helpful and patient with me since, I had few questions about the flowers. When asked, she even told me why the Hydrangeas I buy always die, as soon as I put them in water. The answer...my apartment is much too hot! Hydrangeas don't like the heat! My flowers before they were wrapped, were each put into plastic tubes of water because it sometimes takes me 30 minutes to an hour to get home. I was very happy with my purchase and will definitely stop by City Blossoms more often! As an FYI, if you're expecting to pay supermarket flower prices, I suggest you go to the supermarket and not waste this florist's time! read more
