They carry flowering plants, succulents, cover growth, trees, herbs, onions, peppers, lettuce, kale, sage, rosemary, zuccini, eggplant, etc. If they don't have what you're looking for in stock, they will order it for you. The plants look very well cared for & are reasonably priced. They also carry mulch, gromulch, topsoil, planters, pots, etc. I have asked the owner, Janet, very simple questions about gardening as I have no experience & she has answered them all patiently. The husband & wife owners have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to planting, gardening etc. They will provide advice & suggestions when requested. I would highly suggest customers to come here when looking for a local nursery.

I've ordered a lot of plants that arrive via UPS or FedEx and it takes an hour to unpack it, pick up all the little Styrofoam pieces off my floor, FREE the poor plant from the miserable packaging, and then break down the boxes, which are filled with spilled soil UGH! This is a huge task for me AND the plants are usually half dead, if not fully dead, upon arrival. What a waste of time and energy, right? Sam from Leon & George delivered my plants and my cute little plant ornaments, and was very helpful by placing the plants where I wanted them in my home. Sam & George also provide simple, detailed instructions on their website for all their plants so you know what plants to buy for what kind of light you have, and their website tells you what each plant will give to you and your environment. Did you know plants can be more than beautiful additions to your home? They usually are! And to make it super convenient, Sam and George also include a very nice card with each plant with full descriptions of how to care for them so that you don't have to go to their website to look it up. He also went out of his way to send me photos of the Olive Bush he had in mind for me to make sure I was happy with it before shipping it out. I had a particular look in mind you see. What I received was a gorgeous Olive Bush that looks absolutely stunning on my rooftop deck (photo below). Yes it's pricey but you're paying for the quality and the aesthetic. If that's what you're looking for then order with these guys. I'm very pleased with my experience with this company. I appreciate that they went out of their way to accommodate me in many ways including coordinating delivery with me since I've had package theft at my residence and needed to ensure I was home to receive the plant.

On Labor Day, September 7th, I stopped by Kim's Home Center with my Mom…read more This is a very old and well-known shopping center that has been around for a very long time. They carry all kinds of useful everyday products, many of which are imported from Korea. The store has two floors and sells everything from clothing and underwear to household items, beauty products, and many other practical things. My Mom has probably been here dozens of times, maybe even more than 100 times, over the years, and I've also been here many times myself. But surprisingly, this is my first time ever writing a review for this place! We went there this time because I was looking for a sports bra. My Mom highly recommended this store because she said Korean underwear tends to fit Korean body types better and is more comfortable. One of the things I really liked was that you can actually try on bras in the fitting room before buying them. The employee was very kind and helpful. She explained the different sizes and helped me choose which sports bra would work best for me. After trying on a few options in the fitting room, I found a sports bra that fit me perfectly and was very comfortable. I ended up buying two of them, one black and one beige. My Mom also wanted to buy a pair of underwear, so I purchased three items together. After that, we went downstairs to the first floor, where I bought a Korean hair-dye product that is apparently designed to be used almost like shampoo. I also ended up buying a pair of slippers to wear at home. My Mom also bought a Korean product called "Bal-eul Ssiseuja" ("발을 씻자") which I recommended to her. It has apparently become extremely popular in Korea recently. The funny thing is that I somehow ended up with three separate receipts that day! First, I paid separately for the sports bras. Then I bought the hair-dye product and checked out separately. Later, while looking around for household items, I suddenly thought, "Oh, should I buy a pair of slippers too?" So I bought those separately as well. This place is always extremely popular because they sell such a huge variety of useful everyday products and household items. Because of that, the parking lot is always very crowded. There is security staff helping direct cars in the parking lot, which is helpful. However, the lot is still pretty tight and busy. I'm especially not very good at parking in narrow parking spaces, so it was actually really convenient and relaxing to come with my Mom, who is an excellent driver and very good at parking. Overall, I had a really nice shopping trip here with my Mom. It's one of those places where you can always find something useful, even when you didn't originally plan on buying it!

Kim's Home Center is the OG Home Goods shop in Koreatown and I love it…read more They have a small parking lot which can fill up quickly but it's nice that they have one in KTown! Staff has always been friendly and kind, keeping in mind speaking Korean is helpful if you are looking for something specific. It's NOT necessary, just helpful. They have so many Korean focused products mostly in home goods like kitchen items, tons of bedding, rice cookers and kimchi fridges, but also things like makeup, skincare and clothes. Well priced house slippers with a lot of options! The entire second floor is electronics and more expensive goods, which I hear are not the best to buy here. I usually stick to cheaper items, more kitchen and cooking related needs at Kim's. They have a pretty strict return policy which I hear is a bit risky for more pricey items. I went in specifically for Makgeolli supplies and was so happy to find the pot & cups I needed, at nearly half the price of amazon! Support local stores instead of shopping online! I'm definitely a fan of Kim's Home Center and will come here for all my related needs in the future.
