Wish there was a 0 rating. Not good is a understatement. I was very disappointed with this floral shop. When I went in the sales person was very nice and when I showed her the picture she said yes we can make this. When I picked it up, this is what I received (pictures below). When I complained the OWNER was very rude and would not even look at the picture and said, it is what it is. I will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone. read more

I agree with other reviewers that Kathy, the owner of FlowerLoft, is rude. I certainly think of her business when one can no longer trust business on a handshake. I came to her store to see if she had a vase I saw on her website in stock. I liked this particular vase because it had rainbow colors on it or reminded me of a family member who recently died. She went in the back room and said they had the vase. Then, the vase was wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a bag so I couldn't see that the vase had defect marks on it. After I unwrapped the vase at home, I noticed the defects and traveled back to the store to return it. As another reviewer stated, she refused to look at the item when I pointed at the defects and said she doesn't accept returns. I reminded her that under federal law a merchant must issue a refund for a defective/damaged item even if they have a no returns policy. She responded that she didn't care about the law so it didn't matter. Then, I told her I tried to return this item to her store but since she refused the next step is to file a merchant dispute (and in her response to my credit card company she wrote that I threatened her by saying my next step was file a merchant dispute). Her other responses to my credit card company were that I handpicked the vase myself in the store (when I didn't even touch the vase or see it up close because it was in the back room then wrapped in tissue paper), I visited her store two months later when I visited her store about a month later, I refused to show her the defective item as well as give her the item so I took an item without paying for it taking advantage of a poor mom and pop shop (when she refused to look at the defective item or accept it), and she took a photo of No Returns sign in her store). Just about everything she wrote was a lie. In the end, my credit card company gave her the money because I still had the item she refused to accept, but they gave me a miscellaneous credit since I shouldn't have been charged for the defective item...so I encourage you to file a merchant dispute and reopen your case to refute her lies to at least receive the miscellaneous credit. She also charged me twice as much for the vase that other stores charge. My advice to anyone who received a defective vase or damaged flowers is to go inside her store and take a photo of the item on the store floor by the door showing you left it with her because she tries to get away with this by saying you have the item. You wouldn't have to do this with most stores, but you must with this store. I know this isn't possible if you live a distance from the store so I'd avoid placing orders at this store. I purchased a beautiful arrangement of fall flowers on the fly for my friend's birthday. I walked in and saw several completed arrangements in the fridge and chose one that fit for the season/occassion. It's a quaint little flower shop with a lot of balloons, teddy bears, and nice little gifts to add to the floral arrangements. The two women who worked there were lovely. The service was great and quick. When I picked the arrangement, and explained it was for a birthday gift, it was wrapped beautifully and safely to drive with. My friend loved them! The only reservation I had was the flowers weren't as fresh as promised. They didn't last as long as I'd hoped. I don't believe this would be the case, however, if I had requested a fresh, custom bouquet. read more

Flower Loft is my favorite spot to go to for all my flowers. The owners are great and the flowers are always fresh. They also deliver as well. If you ever go to the cemetery it is right before it and they have gifts to take to the cemetery as well. read more

Imagine my surprise when I went to purchase a ballon at Flower Loft and found on display for sale the wreath I had made and placed at my parent's grave site at Holy Sepulchre cemetery . When I advised Kathy, the owner, that this wreath had been removed from my parents' s grave sites and appealed for her to return it to me, she sold it anyways. I would not suggest that you purchase anything from this store where the owner knowingly and willingly sells stolen property as new in her store. read more

Got an orchid from here after my dad's death. Of the two stems, one was broken in half and the pot was flimsy plastic. Called the owner who said I really should have gotten a one stemmed orchid and her dad doesn't deliver broken flowers. I sent her a picture of the broken plant and she never called me back. Excellent Service. Very Satisfied. Monica the sales rep. was very helpful over the phone and in person when I came into the store. I ordered two Comfort Plants and added some carnations and baby's breath to them. They were outstanding. Very Lush and full, nothing skimpy. I also ordered a standing spray on an easel. The owner Kathy did a beautiful, very artistic job. The flowers were very fresh and looked fantastic. They also worked with my budget and gave me something I could afford. Received a bouquet on Tuesday 10 17 17. It consisted of Lilies, Roses, Carnations, freesia and some greens. I should have known when they were delivered that the quality wasn't up to par. My intuition was correct. There was no food to put in the water. The 4 roses never opened and one week later they look like crap. For the price my husband paid they should have lasted longer. I receive flowers every October and they always last longer than 1 week. We will never go back!!!!!! read more

Where do I begin, I lost my mom as a child. When I was able to drive I would stop by the flower loft and grab a bouquet of flowers and go to the cemetery to visit her. As many more family members have passed my trips to this cute family owned place have increase. I love the store staff as they are so sweet and are always welcoming. Poor customer service. Poor product. My coworkers sent me an orchid plant/flowers to cheer me up after a surgery. The flowers were left on my doorstep (the driver had my # but didn't bother to call me. I wouldn't have known about the delivery if a coworker hadn't asked me about it at 9:00 that night. Sure enough the delivery was outside. 2 days later, the petals started falling off even though I followed the instructions on the care brochure. 5 days after delivery, most of the petals were gone. I emailed Kathy (owner) to tell her about delivery and the condition of the flowers and she replied with a rude response. Apparently her driver lied and said a voicemail was left to alert me about the delivery. She also pretty much ridiculed me for saying leaves instead of petals in my description. To top it off, the instructions that she gave me in the email contradicts what's on the care brochure. 7 days after delivery, all petals are gone. The plant is completely bare. Her website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. NOT the case!!! read more
