The flowers that arrived looked nothing like I picked out. I wanted a Christmas centerpiece and got orange flowers.

Initially when my sister and mom came in to setup the details for her wedding they were very…read morespecific in what their vision for the wedding flowers entailed. It was made known that the bride wanted a large and full boutique! But when the day of the wedding arrived, it was a complete disaster! All the flowers were to be delivered to the hotel before noon. At noon, we still had not received the flowers. It was about 12:15pm the bridesmaids and MOH's flowers finally arrived at the door and they were not what we had discussed. The Brides Boutique was extremely small, wilted, and not what was discussed. The rest of the bouquets for the MOH and bridesmaids were incredibly small and most of the flowers were falling over when we removed them from the box. Then when we arrived at the church at 1 pm- I was advised by the Best Man that they had no boutonnières. As the MOH, I called the florist to advise them of this and I was very rudely told my flowers had been delivered and the lady I spoke to told me she would call back. Upon a call back from the shop, the older lady told me that they were delivered to the church. This was not not discussed and she made it my fault. While speaking to the lady, I expressed my disappointment with the flowers and was told that I needed to be more careful with the flowers and the reason they could be wilted was due to my negligence. While speaking to her, I was extremely professional and said I took photos and she again had an attitude and stated that we must have left them near a window because they were fine when they left the shop. The way this shop interacts with their customers is DISGUSTING! On top of those issues, the mother of the bride and groom corsages fell apart and wilted within an hour of getting them. The grooms boutonnieres also fell apart and a flower from one of the boutiques had to be used for the ceremony and the reception. Then when we arrived at the reception, the flowers on the stairwell were not impressive and the display at the sweetheart table was embarrassing. This florist used the bare minimum of flowers, but made sure to charge an arm and a leg! Absolute WORST decision ever made to have this florist be a part of such a special day for my sister! If you are in the Niagara Falls, Lewiston, or Cambria area I would not recommend Evergreen Florist! BEWARE!

I had no idea what I was doing but Sharon is an expert who knew what we needed without me really even telling her! Pieces beautifully out together, everything delivered as it should.

They did our flowers for our wedding. This was one of the reasons we went with this company. However, 2 weeks before the event, when we went to drop off the final payment, they added an extra $100 charge, claiming that it would be extra if we wanted the decorations removed the same night as the event. This was in direct contrast to what we'd agreed upon earlier, but with only 2 weeks till the wedding, we were stuck and had to pay it. That was the most egregious of the 'hidden charges,' but there were so many more. When we asked about drying and preserving the bride's bouquet, she told us it would cost us $300-500 and we'd have to supply the box. When we questioned why it was so much she went on and on about how complicated the process is. We decided to avoid this cost and said no to the preservation, which she made us feel very guilty about. Later when we went to drop off the final payment, we noticed that there was a preserved bouquet in a box for another customer, along with a bill for $135. When we Questioned Dianne about why it was $135, and not the $300 to $500 she quoted us, she denied that she'd ever quoted that high a price (a lie) and said that $300 would have been the maximum, and that's if she'd supplied the box (another lie). While we were finalizing the plans, they had a shelf full of cake servers and knives, all 'marked down'. When she saw my husband looking at them she said they were trying to liquidate so they were on sale at a discount (still more expensive than comparable items on amazon btw). My husband said no thank you, that the venue assured us that they had servers/knives. She tried to hard sell us, even going so far as to say "I've worked with that venue before, they don't have servers/knives, no venue I've ever worked with ever has them, you NEED to buy them." My husband called the venue on the spot and they confirmed that they had multiple knives/servers to be used for a wedding. While the decoration half of the shop was very relaxed, Dianne continually was pushing us for a hard upsell on every single thing we could. Going so far as to try to guilt us when we didn't spend our life savings on flowers. We knew what we wanted, but if we didn't get extravagant corsages for our mothers, aunts, sisters, etc, we were just terrible people. Oh, she didn't say that, but it was certainly implied. While the flowers WERE beautiful and most of the decorations were wonderful even that wasn't as expected. We'd had in our contract that our wedding arch would have TWO cloth panels, one blue and one green which were our wedding colors, however, on the day of our wedding the arch was assembled with one single white gauze panel. In addition, we were told that the flowers decorating the arch would match the flowers used in the rest of the wedding, and instead, we were given generic white flowers. When all was said and done, the sticker shock was extreme. The quoted price after our first consultation was $850, we did not add anything somehow, because of various taxes, fees, and additions that they insisted were standard, at the end it was $1,200. I would actively recommend that anyone looking at this business for your wedding look elsewhere. This was without a doubt the worst part of our wedding, and that included having to replace the best man 3 days before hand.
