I was hooked from the beginning. The environment at ZTB is positive and uplifting. The owner Lisa leads by example, and has developed an amazing culture of health, fun, and enthusiasm. One of my favorite aspects of ZTB is the variety of classes. The classes offer opportunities for beginners to those more advanced. The instructors do a phenomenal job of making sure everyone in class is comfortable. This place is freaking HUGE and has SO MUCH EQUIPMENT. They have plenty of treadmills in multiple locations (you're nervous about being in the open? No problem they have some in a back room), but I'm more into weights - I love that they have every type of weight to choose from, plenty of racks, AND they have so many individual pieces of equipment. Sometimes free weights/racks make me nervous, so having individual machines is freaking awesome and the ease of use is so much better. They have multiple spaces, including a back room that is pretty secluded which is perfect for new people/for stretching. They also have balls, steps, small weights, etc back there. They truly are an all encompassing gym. My only complaint (some people don't care about this) - it is very overwhelming for women AND for those of us that aren't SUPER fit. I will not come in here without my fiancé because I'm too nervous haha! It's....a lot. There's a lot of really fit people and coming from a small planet fitness, this is a lot to take in. Overall, great location. The equipment seems to be kept up nicely, and there's something for everyone.
