We choose to work with Fernando because he was so attentive and thoughtful from the day he came over to give us a quote. Though there were Covid-related delays to the start of our project, the project moved fairly quickly when we started. Our wonderful foreman John was a joy to work with, answering our many questions and ensuring the work that was done was of the highest quality. If we did have questions outside of those conversations, it was easy to get in touch with our project coordinator Paula. When unknown issues arose during construction (as they do in old homes!) there were smart options presented and we were able to move forward quickly. Our home is now complete with an incredible kitchen and first-floor space. There is truly nothing we would change about it! We hope to work with Villandry on further renovations in the future.

A concrete wall had to be removed, then new concrete laid in to match the old driveway. The result was beautiful and a perfect fit! Secondly we had a drainage problem from the downspouts on one side of the house, a potential hazard given today's climate instability. Again, the expertise of owner Richard Cipriani found an elegant, reasonably priced solution. The whole crew was a pleasure to work with and we will always choose them over anyone else.

I've waited more than a year to post this, and I apologize to anyone who has been scammed by Bruno…read morein the meantime. Bruno may not mean to scam you, but he will take your money and then do nothing for months. He will not apply for permits, and he will tell you your town/city is the problem. He will blame every delay or broken promise on circumstances outside of his own control. During that time, he will use your money to finish his other projects or (probably) pay his other bills. If you ask for your money back, he will tell you he has bought materials but never provide any proof. If you call Bruno out for his poor performance, he will gaslight you and again blame everyone but himself, including you. I decided to work with Bruno despite a few bad reviews. I figured everyone makes mistakes. But when Bruno makes them, he will not make them right. The only reason I have not pursued a lawsuit against him is that lawyers cost money and Bruno has a history of not paying the settlements against him. It's possible that Bruno has improved his business practices in the year since we last interacted, but I wouldn't bet on it. Neither should you.
