Awesome Experience working with Amanda and her team…read more Very consultative, helped me define a concept and then showed me endless options, which I appreciated given I ended up picking most of the first go-round selections anyway. It was all very easy and no fuss. She gave me the website, in which I narrowed it down to two designs that I liked. She suggested that I visit a store in the South End (Mohr and McPherson) that carried that specific brand of couch to do the "sit test" and to see if I still liked it. She was absolutely right, I loved it. I got to sit there and pick my fabric without anyone pushing me to make a decision. I couldn't decide between two fabrics, so the store owner even let me take them home to see if it would match with the paint and rest of the room. Amanda is amazing and I highly recommend her services.

Maureen just staged my condo in Cambridge which I was able to sell quickly at a great price. I was…read moreskeptical about retaining a stager because my place is fairly small and I wasn't sure it was worth the cost. The issue with staging is that you have to have faith. You will never know how much of an impact it had, if any. I think Maureen did a great job though! She told me what items to put into storage to make my place look bigger and she reorganized my things in a way that made the condo more inviting. She also brought in some of her own things to complete the picture. I would highly recommend DaVinci if you are going to use a stager. My realtors use her themselves when they sell their own homes too. She is definitely an expert at what she does! The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the cost. My condo is only 700 square feet and the cost was $2,500. Maureen came for an initial consult and then spent one full day staging. Again, I have no way of knowing how much added benefit the staging had with the sale price and while I'd like to think it increased the sale by at least $2,500 I just don't know. In any case, I would still highly recommend DaVinci, especially if you have a larger home or you are selling in a less desirable area as I think the added benefit will be more noticeable.

First project: After a few failed attempts to work with decorators, I received a very strong referance from a dear friend that Davinci Designer Gallery - Maureen Reddy - was the way to go.... She was right! My first work with Maureen was to help with the selection of colors for all of the first floor rooms. We have a home that is full of art that we have collected from around the world. We also have an eclectic collection of antiques and other objects. Maureen took everything in, in additon to our unique sensibilities and in a very short time recommended colors for each room. To this day we still receive compliments on the lovely colors and how beautifully they work with our art. Second Project: Now we are really ready for big changes and called Maureen Reddy once again. She helped me think through and design everything - from the choices of new furnature - to the selection of fabrics for three antique wing chairs an antique couch and much more. She has an amazing eye for detail and design -- I still am amazed at how well she is able to understnad what we like and at the same time help us move in new directions - from rugs to lampts to other objects from her personal collection - the result was breathtaking! She (Maureen) is professional, honest and fair in her pricing and an amazing artist. She's also a lot of fun to work with! We recommend Davinci and Maureen 1000% and can't want for the next project - the re-do of the entire upstairs of our home.

It was a pleasure to work with Jessica and we are already in conversations to start Phase II of my renovation. As a new home owner, I was keen to decorate my condo, but found that I just had little time to do so with a demanding job and constant travel. Having never worked with a designer before, Jessica quickly put my mind at ease. During our consultation, Jessica not only got a sense for what I was looking for, but answered my never ending list of questions. As I was traveling during the bulk of the design process, Jessica took complete control of ordering products, managing deliveries, and ultimately installing the space. I couldn't be more pleased to come home after a month-long trip to such a beautiful and inviting space.
