I don't usually write reviews, but June and Hazel (now called Flow and Glow) truly deserves one. I've struggled with severe circulation issues my entire life. Shoulders and neck were rock hard, numbness on one side of body, TMJ, and digestive issues-- the list goes on. After years of seeking help from doctors, chiropractors, or acupuncturists, no one was able to identify the root cause or even fully understand the pain I was experiencing. But as soon as I walked into first session with June, she immediately knew where my body was out of alignment and pinpointed exactly where the pain was coming from, even areas I wasn't aware of. I felt a noticeable difference after just one session. And it's been a few months since I started seeing June. The symptoms i initially came in for has healed tremendously. I've been receiving sessions from June since end of April and I look forward to my visits. Her positivity and genuine enthusiasm for what she does is always appreciated. June has literally changed my life. My body felt off after giving birth. Really disappointed by my experience here. I came for a lymphatic massage and it was not what I expected AT ALL... I go monthly to a person somewhere else and was hoping to incorporate another therapist into my routine. But this place was NOT IT. I was bamboozled, as an influencer I follow recommended this place and had high reviews about the owner. Saying she knew what she was doing ... but guess what I didn't even get to meet the owner. June is hands down amazing. I started coming to her after a really bad back spasm, and no amount of chiropractic or acupuncture helped. She could tell immediately that my body was in bad shape and that I had so much toxin buildup. It was the reason why I felt so heavy, bloated and sluggish even though I ate healthy and exercised regularly. My body has been completely transformed after coming to see her consistently. Not only was my back better but my shoulders are not chronically tense, I stopped cracking my neck, and I feel so much lighter in general. I went here because I recently moved to south county and am looking for a lash place that's a little more convenient than my regular place in HB. I will say that I did buy a Groupon for the lift and tint. The place is cute and the lady who did my lift was nice, but after she did the lift procedure she aggressively started to rub my lashes with something wet (lashes are not supposed to get wet the first 24 hours after a lift), so I asked her what she was doing and she said she was applying the tint (Google how to do the tint procedure, it does not involve aggressively rubbing the lashes with anything wet). When I was done, she showed me my lashes and there were a couple of lashes that were wonky/pointing in a weird direction, but I figured once I washed the solution off my lashes (after the 24 hour period) and used mascara they would be fine. Boy was I wrong!! As I was paying she said "you'll have to comb your lashes twice a day everyday for the first couple of days" which I realize now is probably because she could see how messed up they were. Anyway, I did brush them multiple times a day and it never fixed them. They are/have been tangled since I got them done. It's now been 3 weeks and they look like they would normally look after 6 (falling down, tangled, etc). The reason I'm so upset is because it's like I can just go somewhere else and have them redone or fix it. You're putting strong chemicals on your lashes and most places won't touch them until the full 6 weeks has passed. So now I'm stuck with these looking bad for at least another 3 weeks. Also, I believe that they offer a discount for good Yelp reviews, so buyer beware. There are too many lash places around here to not go somewhere where they know what they are doing. read more

Solid service and my lash lift looks great after two weeks. I didn't have the option to customize the curl of my lashes however so I may explore other salons before coming back. The lash lift was super fast and relaxing. I do wish that I could have picked out the curl and make it more tailored to my style. My lashes came out very lifted and extremely curled from root to tip. I would have preferred the curl to be more straight towards to tip of my lash for extra length. I wasn't offered a choice in the size of the curl but other places usually have different curl rods to choose from. It's been two weeks however and my lashes are still holding their shape perfectly! *This business gives discounts for 5 star Yelp reviews. They advertise it at the front counter right when you walk in*. This business owes me $390.00 for an ombré eyebrow tattoo they made ME pay for although they didn't follow through with the touch up service included. (Update: This business told me they would refund me "tomorrow" and then instead refunded me after I posted this review). After many errors from this business including: not having the key to open doors at my appt so I had to wait until someone drove over the key from another location and other unprofessional behavior. In another event, I got my lashes filled and then they fell off in 1 week so although it was fair of them to offer a discount on my fill since I had to come in again 1 week, they said next time I should pay $20 on top of the $80 fill (increasing the fill to $100) to get it done by their more experienced lash tech. (Why the heck would I need to pay $20 more for the next fill to make sure they don't fall off in a week because this a more "experienced tech" who supposedly knows what she's doing). I've never seen a place have two price points: one price point for one tech and then $20 more for a different tech who will do a better job for a fill. Today THEY made an error with their credit card machine at my lash fill appointment and text my cell phone during my personal time to ask me to Venmo them $72 to correct THEIR error. And they also said that the X they marked on my frequent service card was also done in error so I actually don't have a check mark for todays service on top of it LOL. Unprofessional, rude and stingy for no reason to say that. That is TWO errors that THEY made today that they want ME to correct for THEM. I immediately text back: send me your Venmo. They proceed to text me on MY personal cell phone again at 8 pm in the evening, on MY personal time asking for the money again. I text them, again, send me your Venmo. How do you expect me to send money via Venmo without your Venmo. They send their Venmo finally after I asked the second time. Then IMMEDIATELY when they receive the money (the $72.00 they failed to collect on their end) they text me that I sound mad and they are uncomfortable so if I'm not happy to find another place. That is the epitome of unprofessional. Then they blame not sending me their Venmo because they don't "speak English". They spoke English JUST FINR trying to collect their money on my personal time and spoke English just fine for their demands. I told them be very clear that YOU have made ME uncomfortable harassing me on MY personal time on MY personal cell phone. Proof of texts attached. They give discounts for yelp reviews.
