I could easily stay for a 2 hr because the therapy hurt so good! My right leg couldn't straighten in any way, and after only halfway into the massage I could feel my muscles release. My calf stopped cramping, and my core muscles felt much better. I will most definitely see Han again for treatment. His room is very spacious and just lovely with plants and a gorgeous antique desk that I'd love to have. The only slight issue is that the business is upstairs with no elevator it's only a short flight of stairs though, and the building is in the beautiful Stevens Square downtown Tustin. I've been in constant pain for 1.5 years, and had gone through 15 PT sessions elsewhere that actually made me feel worse. I had to get a steroid shot and 10 acupuncture sessions to help with the pain. After all these things, certain movements still caused stabbing pain on my shoulders, and my movements are so restricted that I need daily help reaching for things. I was not able to sleep without my pain in my shoulder either, which impacted my quality of life. Dr. Alison Wu has worked on me since March. She is so approachable, and she manually works on different areas of my body to help my shoulder heal. She does not ignore my pain tolerance during treatment sessions, and explains what she is doing and what I should feel as she works. Her exercises and recommendations are so helpful to maintain the progress at home. In June, I finally started sleeping through the night. I continue to sleep without pain since then, which is so very important. Each week, my range of movement continue to improve, and most importantly, the movements are not accompanied by restrictive pain. Last week, I was able to finally move myself off the couch without needing help, and I was not in pain. I cried because it was such a relief to be able to do simple movements independently without pain, and finally being able to get consistent, restful sleep. I also started acupuncture with Dr. Rebecca Chou. She listens really well and assesses my acupuncture needs during the visit. While the focus is to help my shoulder heal, she also helps my body rest. Trisha at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly, and always so accommodating. My family had to make the financial commitment to pay out of pocket for these visits, but it's worth it to regain mobility and live without pain. I'd recommend to either bring sandals with you or be prepared for the cold floor. I was also on the right side rooms and I could hear people talking. It looks like it was the next door people so be aware. It distracted me a bit. Overall I will definitely be back. Price is good too.

On July 19, 2026, I had an 8:00 PM Thai massage appointment and didn't request a specific therapist. When I arrived, I waited until about 8:15 PM before anyone came outside to greet me. It seemed like no one was aware of my appointment, which was confusing. While I was waiting, I even called the business from inside to see if anyone would answer the phone, but no one did. Once the massage started with Cleo, it felt rushed and wasn't the relaxing experience I'd had during my previous visits. I'm not aware of massage therapist techniques, but I felt like something wasn't right during the upper body portion of the massage. My positioning wasn't corrected until halfway through the shoulder and neck work, which left me feeling uneasy. It was also fairly loud because of the restaurant next door. I understand that's outside the business's control, but if you're able to choose your room, I'd recommend requesting one that's not along the exterior wall facing the restaurant. Unfortunately, the biggest issue came afterward. Since that massage, I've experienced ongoing neck pain and nerve pain. As of August 1, I still can't fully turn my neck left or right and have had to begin physical therapy and chiropractic treatment. I understand that there are inherent risks with massage therapy and that every person's body responds differently, so I'm not suggesting this was intentional or that there are never risks involved. However, I do think it's important for the business to be mindful of therapist technique, proper client positioning, and overall client safety. I genuinely wanted to continue supporting this business because my first two visits were great, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews what happened, and ensures clients receive the same level of care and attention that originally made me want to come back.

I had been seeking treatment for severe bloating and digestive issues following a few miscarriages and wanted to explore a more holistic route. Alongside acupuncture (from a fertility specialist), I felt that this lymphatic massage could help flush toxins from my body, benefiting both my overall health and my journey toward conceiving. June used a combination of a specialized machine and her expert hands to gently stimulate my lymphatic system, encouraging the drainage of excess fluid and toxins. There is also a small diffuser misting water in the air. Jo goes a step beyond Burke Williams as she has Lindt chocolates offered in a dish! We had discussed the level of pressure I preferred and whether I had any areas of concern. She advised that I could undress to the level of my comfort. I thought this was very sensitive of her as some people are uncomfortable with being nude for a massage. Personally, I prefer to be nude but others may not and I liked that she gave that option. The massage that Joe gave me was every bit as good as the massages I received at Burke Williams. She used the right amount of pressure and I felt totally relaxed afterwards.
