I reached out to Emmanuel for a rental home in Surprise that my previous tenant left in disrepair…read more In our inspections, we knew the carpeting, hardwood and transitions needed to be replaced, and likely needed to do the tile as well, on a 2100 square foot home. Cost was a major factor, as well as time to complete the project so we could make the house livable again. Emmanuel was immediately responsive to our initial inquiry, and met me at the house as soon as I could free up time the next evening. He was thorough in his inspection, showed me costs and breakdowns for everything we were trying to do, and some flooring options. I thought I could save money purchasing the flooring on my own, which he supported. After doing my research, he was cheaper than anything I could find, and came back out a second time that weekend so my wife could pick out the flooring from his samples. He had a crew start that next week, and knocked it out of the park. We had some other projects going on at the same time, and his crew was not only respectful and worked well with the other groups, they were super helpful and helped with some things that wasn't in their project (like helping with some bulk trash and working around the painter). They also responded quickly to some project changes, like when I asked them to add baseboards, even though I initially asked them to exclude it. Throughout it all, Emmanuel kept me updated daily with phone calls and texts with pictures showing the progress. I was and am very impressed by Emmanuel and his team. They did a great job at more than a fair price, IMHO. While I'm hoping I don't need to replace floors any time soon, he will definitely be the first one I call.

Gamboa Tile and Hardscape did an outstanding job from start to finish. David, Ricardo, and the…read moreentire Gamboa team were professional, reliable, and clearly know their craft. They installed large-format flooring tile (6' x 1' planks), and the workmanship was spot-on--everything is perfectly level with clean, precise lines. They also completed two new showers, handling a mix of subway tile and large 24x48 tile without any issues. The quality of the install really stands out. Communication was solid throughout the project, and they even connected us with a glass company for the shower doors, which made the process easier. Strong work, great results, and a team I'd confidently recommend to friends or anyone looking for quality tile work.

We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

Martin showed up to give an estimate tiling our master closet, then told him a few months later, we would be doing out bedrooms, after my step son moves out.
