DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the attached arrangement for my friends birthday and they delivered an entirely different and hideous arrangement. I was humiliated when she sent me a picture of the flowers received because they were so ugly. When I emailed them and asked what happened, they said they have to substitute flowers when they don't have the ones requested in stock. Had they emailed me and let me know this was the case PRIOR to delivery this wouldn't have been an issue and we could have worked out an arrangement for the price that I payed that was comparable to the one I requested. They said they would deliver the right arrangement at a later date, and they never delivered it. I emailed again to ask what happened and no response. Terrible customer service. And even Uglier arrangements. 0 stars. read more

We used Florique for our daughters wedding June 24,2023. Charlie and Dina were a pleasure to work with. Charlie's design for the Chuppah and centerpieces was exactly what we hoped for. Ordered flowers from 1800flowers that were fulfilled by florique, not even near the item ordered. When contacted I was given the explanation of how it's the value and profit share between them and 1800 flowers. All I wanted was for my girlfriend to have an incredible Valentine's Day bouquet, and I was completely let down and disappointed. I walked into Florique looking for an arrangement for our new kitchen counter for my wife's birthday. Mind you, I'm a dude who is completely clueless about flowers, arrangements, etc lol. I had a few parameters in mind -- fake succulents, elegant centerpiece, limited budget -- and then left it to the expert eye to fill in the rest. And boy did they! Dina and Charles are an awesome tag-team, both vision and execution. They listened to my needs, gave me reasonable suggestions, and didn't try to oversell me. I used Florique for my wedding in October and could not be happier. The entire process from picking out the flowers, to helping with the table linens, dressing up our Friday night dinner, and staying in budget, was perfect. Charles and Dina are truly a dream team and made us feel comfortable at every turn. We used Florique for our wedding in September and I do not even know where to begin with pleased we are!! Dina was a pleasure to work with and response time was very quick. Charles is not only creative but professional, enthusiastic, personable, and collaborative. In our first meeting, I explained that I wanted a color scheme that complimented the bridal party colors and the time of the year intertwined with greenery and lots of votive candles. Charles was able to take that vision and create an atmosphere that well exceeded my expectations. He offered helpful suggestions along the way for the outdoor ceremony and reception that included rich, organic greens and beautiful hints of color all around. The centerpieces created the perfect warm, whimsical atmosphere. The pictures don't even do it justice. SO many people came up to us throughout the night and commented on the beautiful decor, and we are still receiving compliments to this day! STAY AWAY!! We are currently meeting with florists for our wedding and unfortunately had the experience of meeting with the owner here. He will basically tell you that you have to choose everything from his photo album because he is apparently too lazy or uncreative to work with your vision. If you try to state what you like or what your opinion is, he will interrupt you and say "I would never attach my name to that." Disgusting, but it gets worse. We came in with a budget of $5,000-$7,500 but he was not willing to work with such a "cheap" budget. After describing our ideas he proceeded to make the following obnoxious analogies: (1) you don't go into a Honda dealership and ask for a Ferrari (2) you don't go into McDonalds and ask for a Filet Mignon (3) you don't go into a and at that point I cut him off and we walked out. My fiancé cried from the experience. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with him after actually booking him. We have since seen is work at a wedding we went to and we were not impressed. Fast and competent and good local service to great neck, but their prices are quite high considering the size of the bouquets they provide. I called in an order for delivery, and she made it sound better then it actually was. My husband ordered flowers from here for our anniversary. When he called he was not sure what to spend, the woman suggested $125 and said it would be a really nice arrangement. When he surprised me with the flowers I was blown away by the thought but angry regarding the size. Typically we get flowers from another Great Neck florist and good thing. We called our usual go-to to price out the arrangement and it was no more that $65. For $125 do NOT send $65. It is not my husbands way to call and complain, he just won't order from there again, but word to the wise - this place is a WASTE of money. They have some nerve!
