It's a maybe for this Petite II florist. As it was a long time ago that I had been there. When it was at the original address in the Dortoni's shopping center.At that time what I recall of the experience was mediocre flowers for a lot of money. Seems there was a fire recently as( there was another restaurant next door to them. Now there are signs ( see pix) saying they moved and to not have anyone touch or move thing's inside. I honestly haven't been to the new location yet. So I can't critique it further at this time. read more

Living in Atlanta and having a funeral on Long Island I only had reviews to go by to order flowers and I chose Petite || Florist. I saw with my own eyes the most beautiful arrangement of the 2 dozen white roses I had requested. The roses were fresh, and had just started to open. They were so elegant and huge! I ordered balloons from this place at the recommendation of Domenicos next door. They were very helpful and even went to a wholesaler to get the specific balloon colors I needed during the pandemic. I was extremely happy with the bouquet arrangements they left on the table. They lasted over a week (latex which die quick). They were very reasonably priced too! Ordered Mother's Day plant on Friday, for delivery Saturday. Called my aunt today on Mother's Day....never received. Called florist 10am Mother's Day. Here are the excuses: 1. Knocked, no answer pouring rain 2. Couldn't find order in computer 3. Asked if I had a confirmation 4. Credit card didn't go through 5. Had over 500 pkgs go out They had my phone number, my aunts phone number, never got a call. I called my 86 year old aunt last night thinking maybe she didn't hear the bell, so for two hours last night she kept getting up looking out the door. Not the Mother's Day I planned for her! Florist did offer to deliver today...NO THANKS, I will buy a beautiful plant from my hometown in jamesport and deliver it myself. read more

I have been going to this florist since I was a child. My entire family and friends absolutely love them. This is always our go-to florist. The owners are always friendly and are extremely helpful. They put a lot of care and thought into their work and the flowers are always beautiful and they last extremely long. I went in and was asked what my price range was. I said $40-$50. He went ahead, made the arrangement, wrapped it and handed it to me and charged me $50. He didn't ask me what i thought of it before. Little did this man know I own a production company and work some top floral designers. The arrangement was filled with leaves and baby's breath. 1 rose. Really? I know the wholesale price of flowers and what he gave me was a floral fiction. He didn't have the flower my wife loves but continued to produce an arrangement that looked more like a funeral piece rather than a celebration of love. By the way, he didn't even ask what the occasion was for. It was worth the $50 to know never to go there again. There's an art to a bouquet- u won't find it there. read more
