The flowers were just ok. They weren't the same as the photo on their website. Lots of yellow daisies, the purple flowers weren't the same and different color roses, (pale pink instead of darker pink), and lots of greenery. The bouquet I received looked like something that can be found in stop & shop. For $80 Deluxe, I expected to get what I saw in the photo. One carnation in the front had a broken stem. The freshness of the flowers wasn't the best, just passing. I wouldn't order from this shop again and wouldn't recommend. I live out of state and needed to have something for Christmas placed on my parents grave located at St. Charles Cemetery. I did Google search and decided to call Linden Florist. I am so glad I did! I spoke with Victoria and placed the order. It was put on the gave the same day! I've bought many Christmas blankets for florist close to St.Charles. Being across from the cemetery the prices are not only higher then Linden Florist,they don't look as good in my opinion. I booked this florist for my wedding (booked in August 2017 for December 2, 2017). Their prices were a fraction of other florists I'd looked at, for exactly what I wanted, and both the women I spoke with were very pleasant and professional. The flowers were beautiful! They delivered to Central Islip for me (my bridal party and I were staying at a hotel near my venue). My bouquet was supposed to be red roses with white calla lilies, with clear rhinestones in the roses. When the flowers were delivered, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the florist had also added additional rhinestones between the flowers that added a perfect little extra! I'm so glad I decided to go with this florist instead of any of the other, bigger ones. Very high quality flowers, and everything was beautiful. Thank you so much, from a VERY happy bride! read more

I live in California 3,000 miles away and needed a floral arrangement for my Mom to send to her niece. I waited until the last minute because I forgot the date but Victoria, the owner, came through and was so sweet. She designed the arrangement the same day which was later in the afternoon AND personally delivered it to my cousin's home! I didn't know my cousin was out-of-town and she offered to do a second arrangement at no charge to us when she returned. WOW! I thanked her profusely and said that wasn't necessary and when my cousin returned home she said the flowers were beautiful and they must have been very fresh. The flower shop cats are so cute and greeted is as we walked in even though I'm allergic to them, they sensed I was not going to be petting them. The two mother and daughter that run the shop told the cats to back off and the cats did. The flowers I bought were beautiful and lasted over 2 weeks. read more

My cousin passed unexpectedly and I was in a bind. My sisters and I wanted to send flowers for the wake. I tried contacting the funeral homes recommended florist and they all where closed as it was a Sunday and Monday was a holiday. None of them would even take a online order for the Monday as it was a holiday. My mom recommended I call Linden Florist because she only uses them. I called them and they took care of me. She came in even know they were closed for the holiday and made my flower spray and delivered it about 25 minutes away for me. I can not thank her enough. Came in for the first time to purchase a corsage and bouquet of floors for my mother in laws retirement. I could have gone anywhere but chose to shop local and support small business instead of going to big chain grocery. As I'm waiting for my flowers to be arranged, I was petting the cat they have in the shop. I was leaning into the counter, and the lady making my arrangements. Kept commenting about how weird it was the cat wasn't jumping on the counter like it usually does (gross but that's besides the point) then she says "oh I bet it's because you have a big belly".... (Insinuating i was pregnant in assuming...I DONT and I'm NOT)and actually had a crossbody bag covering half my body. I never in my life have been SSOOO insulated and disgusted by someone. I paid for the flowers (only bc I needed them right away) and told her before making another stupid comment she should think about how obnoxious she sounds. All she said as I walked out was have a good day. My friend called to speak to the owner and she wouldn't put her on the phone. She is the sister of the owner...I've struggled with body issues my entire life and this %*#* felt the need to judge me within 2 minutes of meeting me. I cant even begin to explain how disturbing and upsetting this Makes me feel. I will NEVERRRRR Shop here again. read more
