Natures Design Group does an amazing job. Their service was above and beyond our expectations. Nicole was so wonderful to work with. She even sent me text messages with ideas that she had with pictures of bud vases. We ordered bud vases and balloons. When we got to the restaurant it was already set up. There were rose petals all in between the beautiful bud vases. The balloons also came out beautiful. Everyone loved how beautiful it looked. TERRIBLE service. Steer clear & go elsewhere! Ordered sympathy flowers for family Member who passed. They weren't delivered on the day they were supposed to be. After i called, was told they'd be delivered the next day. Guess what? The delivery finally made it & it wasn't even what i ordered. I called this place to get help with an order for a relative in NY. I live in California. The caller says, you have to go online to place an order. Okay! I select an arrangement, pay $72 and then I get photo from my relative. Unfortunately, NOT what I ordered. It's like they tried, but didnt have the flowers in the picture and threw in what they had in stock, regardless of the color scheme in the selected arrangement. Funeral Cross was ordered for my Sister in Laws funeral..after lengthy discussion I paid for a $300 Cross and I received a $150 value...So disgusted! I called and spoke to Trish, who gave me a song and dance about not asking for the correct item from their website...A Funeral Cross is just that...a Cross with requested colors ...not a few roses placed across white pompoms which are cheaper.. I would never recommend them ..I didn't feel the Funeral Flowers compared to other Florists work, in the same area. I requested a credit refund for half and I was told I got what I had asked for... No copy of a receipt..no email sent to me..since it was ordered from out of state, that's the least I should have received....very disorganized and unprofessional....maybe this is why sales are down........... I refuse to accept a response...they knew they cheaped out took advantage of a depressing situation..I specifically called ahead and was told the Peach Roses would be avail.....trust me ..they were so tiny....go elsewhere! read more

So extremely disappointed. Sent my husband in to get two small bouquets of tulips. He comes home and says "wow it was so expensive ! It was $86" ... 10 tulips and babies breath, over $40 per bouquet?! I called and ask how much they charge for a dozen and was told $25. Told them my husband was just there and charged 86$ for two.. they were not even apologetic, just told me i can pick up my refund. Now, did someone take advantage of him and charge him almost double on purpose? Or was it truly a mistake? Just blows my mind that they never even apologized or tried to explain what could have happened. read more

I ordered a beautiful arrangement called The Perfect Dozen for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. It was our first. The followers were delivered to her office and everything was great. A lot of people were impressed by the freshness of the roses and how well the seeded eucalyptus, spiral eucalyptus and salal complimented everything else. I was going to use one of the online services (1800Flowers, FTD, ProFlowers), but wanted to use a local shop. I'm glad I did! read more
