Yaddy the system installer arrived on time, he was very nice and knowledgeable. I asked him to install the system in my garage and he did so without issues. He answered all my questions and walked me through all details regarding the system. I am extremely happy with the level of service I received, the value of the system and the quality of work they provided. I now have drinkable water and the water in my home is soft.

I love my Kinetico water!!!!…read more Quite a few years back, Kinetico came out and installed an R/O system in my kitchen so I could have purified water for drinking and cooking. What a great investment that turned out to be! I don't have to buy bottled water anymore and I can actually use the ice that comes out of my automatic ice maker in my freezer. My pets drink the R/O water as well instead of bottled water. Not only does Kinetico have a great product, but their office staff and service technicians are polite, professional and always helpful. The last time that the R/O system needed some routine maintenance, I just couldn't help but noticing how efficient and courteous the young man that Kinetico sent out was! He even took off his shoes so he wouldn't track mud on my floors! The system is under the kitchen sink and he had to remove all my bottles of cleaning supplies to get to it. When he was done, he actually put everything back where he found it! How often do you see that? I would highly recommend the Kinetico R/O system to anyone who wishes they could ditch the bottled water and be able to actually drink a glass of ice water with ice from their freezer and water from their sink.

We had many companies coming out trying to promote their product but Kinetico had a good reputation with 2 people who recommended it to me. After doing a little research I decided to purchase a Mach 4040 with them and I do not regret my decision. I had it installed 04/2017 and it still continues to work very well. This system provides me with soft water for the entire house. I get it serviced once a year for optimum performance. Robert Hooks is a technician for the company who is extremely polite and always explains how the system operates and what is being done. There's no shady business with his services.

We had several presentations and quotes before making our decision, and there were so many factors to consider: transparency, pricing, knowledge, professionalism, and commitment. The minute Cody stepped into our home and started his presentation, my husband and I knew he was the one! While other presentations took over an hour, Cody took maybe 30 minutes. You might ask why? Because Cody knows his stuff! He was knowledgeable, straightforward, professional, and genuinely confident in what he offers. As the owner, his experience speaks for itself, and his amazing reviews certainly live up to the reputation. One of the biggest selling points was the reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink without having to drill a hole into our kitchen island. That was a HUGE plus! The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to chat with. They worked together so seamlessly that they made the entire installation look effortless. And let's talk about the attention to detail! The way they neatly routed and covered the electrical cord from the tanks to the outlet in our garage was so clean and professional that it looked like part of the wall. Okay, I think our water filtration tanks might be prettier than yours! Cody was there from beginning to end, making sure everything was installed properly and remaining available to answer any questions or address any concerns. That level of involvement and commitment truly sets this company apart. Truly top-notch service from beginning to end! We couldn't be happier with our decision and highly recommend 3Waters to anyone considering a water filtration and softening system for their home. Thank you, Cody and the entire team, for such a wonderful experience!

He knows his stuff and answered all of my questions regarding filtration media and how the system works. Even after a minor leak he was able to come back within a week and take care of the issue. Even better he helped flush our hot water tank as I mentioned the hot water had a slight smell to it. I highly recommend him if you are concerned about hard water or just want better water quality for your family.

I haven't bothered with getting it addressed because the customer service has been abysmal, and have been struggling to schedule the "annual maintenance" of replacing the filters for the past month. First I took off a Wednesday morning from work, and get told that they have to cancel the appointment for that day and the rest of the week because of some operation transition. Then find out this area's technician doesn't work Mondays so I can't have it serviced on a Monday I happen to be off for PTO. No weekends servicing, which really makes the service hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday to Friday, with the latest appointment for 3pm. And all of this has been going back and forth through text message with the office. Every time I call, goes to voicemail. Even trying to schedule an open availability I have for tomorrow, turns out the technician is out for the rest of the week. Is there only 1 puragain technician for Casselberry, or for all of Orlando? Seems that there should be more than one for this area, and perhaps have more accommodating hours for customers, especially given $6000 for the system and $300 for these filters. There's been little effort to accommodate for my schedule after they cancelled on my appointment. Don't know when I'll get these filters replaced as I'm still waiting to here back for a text message about dates I sent an hour ago.

We were dealing with very, very bad sulphur smell, pressure issues and sediment in our water system…read moreover a period of months. We had two companies "fix" the issue. Fixes ranged from replacing media to cleaning injectors, yet the problems came back over time. It wasn't until CFWT came out did we learn that due to the high concentration of sulphur and low concentration of iron, we needed a different type of media in the filtration system than the one installed. Alex, Andrew and Hunter did a great job of installing the correct components and completely resolve the issues. I can't recommend this team enough! Well done and thank you!
