Left a voicemail and within a half hour had two calls back within minutes of each other. Shane and Josh both called advising they could come out. Advised it might be an A/C issue not a plumbing one but would come out and take a look. Fortunately Josh was in the area and was at the house within 20min. Must be clairvoyant because after taking one look in the attic found it was my A/C handler leaking and not a plumbing issue at all! Gave me a referral number of an A/C company here in town. Offered to pay the after hours fee, but was told to consider it a courtesy call at no charge. Will definitely be keeping these folks in my contacts and know who I'm calling when I need plumbing service. Thanks Josh and Shane!!

I wish I could rate them higher since scheduling was so easy, the plumber showed up on time and was…read morevery friendly. However, the performance was a major disappointment. I really doubt if he's a certified plumber, very hard to believe. Good customer service, but unfortunately, very unprofessional. The requested service was: 1. Replace a water stopper in bathroom sink 2. Replace a toilet fill valve that sometimes will not fill unless I tap it. No other issues. It took him much longer than I expected, but he finally replaced both! I was very pleased until I flushed the toilet. - there were 2 NEW issues now: 1. The toilet will no longer flush all the way unless I stand and hold the handle down for several seconds 2. Much weaker and lower pressure flush. I pointed out the issues right away and he said that nothing can be done because the toilet is old! Well... as I mentioned, it took him a while to replace the parts, but I really don't think that my toilet aged that much during this time! I didn't have those issues when my toilet was about a couple of hours younger. For the purpose of fair rating, I came up with a formula - 2 issues resolved at 5 stars each. 2 new issues he created are zero stars each. That leaves me with 2.5 stars. Yelp doesn't allow half stars, so I wrap it up to 3 for their timely response and I'll forgive him for calling my toilet old.
