The installation was terrible, flooring was installed over debris that would have stayed there if I didn't make them "fix" it. Gaps everywhere, cuts too big and crooked. Troy was paid in full before we saw the final install. Contacted Floor Factory Outlet manager Bruce McConaghey; we were told FFO would make it right. Bruce continually thanked us for our patience. FFO sent a couple of their "inspectors" to inspect the floors in person. FFO then sent a "Floor Detective" to do an in depth inspection. The Floor Detectives finding was that it was faulty installation. When FFO was advised, after stringing us along for months and telling us the whole time that they would make it right; FFO manager Bruce McConaghey said "at this point in time, the issue is between you and Troy." They did absolutely nothing to resolve a problem that was caused by their installer. They falsely misled us by continually telling us they would make it right. The day after they received the Floor Detectives findings that showed it was due to faulty installation by FFO installer Troy, they emailed us that they would not be helping us any longer and that we would have to take care of it ourselves. I would NEVER recommend FFO.

I'll be honest they were not my first choice (I was looking for an all-in-one, drywall/flooring) but I am VERY happy that I ended up working with them. The first thing that I loved was the communication! Sheri was AMAZING with scheduling and reaching out to me to get my home measured. Even following up to see if I had made any decisions to move forward with them. After literally months I reached out and they welcomed me back. I was able to come into the showroom to pick out flooring the same day that I called. I was able to get TWO quotes within 36 hours of choosing the two options that I liked. Upfront you are required to pay the cost for supplies (depending on your house size) and then the labor after the job is done. I will say I did have a week push back from the day that I was supposed to start HOWEVER, once they started they worked hard daily and got the job done in a week. They moved (and put back) the furniture that I could not move. They completed the job in a way that I would still have access to my home (with 2 boys). Came at the exact time that they said they would daily and all of the workers were very nice. Hyman is the "big man in charge". His communication is great, pricing is great, he and ALL of his workers are great. I highly recommend this company. My floors are beautiful, I got the tile that looks like wood. According to the installers, in April, Jim ordered the wrong transition strips to go between the LVP flooring and the ceramic tile. Jim reordered more transition strips. These strips were too narrow to fill the gap left between the two floors. Jim said that he would reorder in more transition strips. He told us would get back to us and come out to ensure these strips would work - that was in September. Jim did not get back to us, I had to contact him. Here we sit, the floor still is not completed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business! It is by far the worst follow-up and communications I have ever encountered from a business owner!

The last room was the living and dining area. The were several large pieces of furniture I could not move by myself. Him and his associate moved them out of the way and put them back for me. Every time they came, they were on time and brought the flooring with them with. They hardly said a word to each other. I have run crews myself over the years and these two work together very efficiently. There was no lost motion. He later told me they had been working together for 3 years. I am obviously very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end, The only thing I would recommend is when you do a job as large as mine over a large period of time is keep in mind that the flooring industry is always changing colors and patterns.
