In March 2024, my husband and I paid a deposit to Jim and Susan Staresinic (the current owners of…read moreRod's Carpet) on our small 504 sq ft family room floor. Eight months later, we are still waiting for the job to be completed. According to the installers, in April, Jim ordered the wrong transition strips to go between the LVP flooring and the ceramic tile. Jim reordered more transition strips. These strips were too narrow to fill the gap left between the two floors. Jim said that he would reorder in more transition strips. He told us would get back to us and come out to ensure these strips would work - that was in September. Jim did not get back to us, I had to contact him. Here we sit, the floor still is not completed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business! It is by far the worst follow-up and communications I have ever encountered from a business owner!

I came here looking for a backsplash for my kitchen. Tile options with different hues of blue that…read morearen't glass seem to be a challenge to come by. If I didn't find a tile it was ridiculously expensive. Like 20sqft came out to about $700-$800 and it wasn't even super fancy tile. The cost wasn't necessarily per sqft but more per each piece of tile. It's just not reasonable when it comes to pricing. Now the staff is really great and super nice and they take the tone to talk to you and help you. If you come with a stroller you gotta park out back because if you go through the front you can't get to the tile without having to go up some stairs

It was horrible. We have been using them for a decade for all our flooring needs however, when we…read moreneeded new wood floors/laminate put down in our bedroom and living room. They covered over a soft spot in the living room instead of replacing the wood underneath. They then left all of what they pulled up out in our front yard, and our said sons had to carry it off.. When I complained to the manager he basically said it was our fault for having dogs in our house. I will never use them again and now we have to find someone to fix the soft spot because they refused to come back out.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, poor service. Bought flooring for our entire house build from them; they…read morehad an Installer they use name Troy. The installation was terrible, flooring was installed over debris that would have stayed there if I didn't make them "fix" it. Gaps everywhere, cuts too big and crooked. Troy was paid in full before we saw the final install. Contacted Floor Factory Outlet manager Bruce McConaghey; we were told FFO would make it right. Bruce continually thanked us for our patience. FFO sent a couple of their "inspectors" to inspect the floors in person. FFO then sent a "Floor Detective" to do an in depth inspection. The Floor Detectives finding was that it was faulty installation. When FFO was advised, after stringing us along for months and telling us the whole time that they would make it right; FFO manager Bruce McConaghey said "at this point in time, the issue is between you and Troy." They did absolutely nothing to resolve a problem that was caused by their installer. They falsely misled us by continually telling us they would make it right. The day after they received the Floor Detectives findings that showed it was due to faulty installation by FFO installer Troy, they emailed us that they would not be helping us any longer and that we would have to take care of it ourselves. I would NEVER recommend FFO.
