This home was built in 2000. However, when the FPL Energy Survey Audit was done on 1/9/25, it was determined that the attic area could benefit with additional insulation. FPL recommended another Participating Independent Contractor (PIC) but I decided to use Broward Insulation since Jeremiah, came out and agreed to match the other Company's price Quote and said he was able to do the work yesterday, 1/16/25. So he did. This mimute, 4:05 p.m. is when I finally received only 2 photos, showing the depth of the insulation and the PAID Invoice which I'd previously requested twice. My recommendation is not to part with the FPL Rebate Certificate (for $220.-) until after you, the consumer, has proof that Blown-in Insulation of R-30 is adequate and you are satisfied that ihas the desired level of comfort in your home.
