Had Darrin out to quote the job and they had the repair done very quickly. 5 years later discovered a leak in another area. Decided to move forward with a reroof instead of repair as roof was 26 years old. They could not have made the process any easier. They handled everything with the HOA and township for permits. Did the job quickly which was great, as I see so many new roofs sitting for weeks or months with no tile on the roof. Not with AASTRO, as soon as the tile order was scheduled to come in, they scheduled the start of the job and they were done with the entire job in a couple of weeks, start to finish including final township inspection. Was even surprised Darrin who quoted the reroof, set up a time to come by and just make sure we were happy in person. The couple little things we had which were super minor, they were happy to take care of and did within a couple days. You are in good hands with this company from start to finish. German Duarte the Founder & President and Deborah Haase the Office Administrator were outstanding throughout the entire process. German and Deborah were always accessible and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns via email, text and telephone. I went with the Boral Barcelona 900 tiles (Chestnut Burnt color) and CertainTeed Flintlastic SA CAP Commercial underlayment. FQR is fully licensed, insured and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty against leaks on sloped roofs. From start to finish, FQR took under 2 weeks to complete my job which included previous roof tear off, underlayment and new tile installation and township inspections. The FQR crew was on-time starting no later than 8am and finishing around 6pm each and everyday on my project until it was completed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up my and my neighbor's property at the conclusion of their work each day. German and FQR are very transparent, no hidden charges and extremely communicative if job must be postponed for a day or 2 due to rainy weather. The entire FQR team deserves a 5 star rating. Everything went like clockwork until a manufacturing defect (NOT Hercules's fault) in the underlayment caused unforeseen issues. The company's owner came out to assure us they were expediting a resolution to the problem and took extra measures to ensure the roof was watertight until new material could be obtained. Hercules in no way was passing the buck and held themselves fully accountable. Mark, our job foreman, did an outstanding job keeping the wheel on the bus and moving the job forward.
