They are responsive - phone calls are always answered or, at worst, returned the same day. They are polite and professional - and we always get straight answers. There has never been an "upsell" - we've never been told that we need a new roof. The message has always been - this is what's broken and here's how we fix it. I always get a detailed (and understandable) report, usually with arial photos taken by drone. Work has always been done on time and professionally. Once repairs were made we've never had a problem in the same general area. Finally, Mike is the consummate professional. He is a true professional and gentleman. I cannot offer higher praise.

Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.

Service requested: leak repair at a tricky roof return. Value: Fair price for the amount of work done, plus a 2-year warranty, which gives real peace of mind. Overall, Dwight was responsive, showed up when he said he would, explained the process clearly, and delivered exactly what he promised. I'd absolutely use him again for any tile roof repairs.

Bob, the owner was on time, and professional. Suggested that it might not be the roof but (50/50) an ac problem, since I have repair contract I might save money. It was not the ac, so I scheduled the repair. Once again they were on time efficient and professional. They did the job quickly & neatly. I live in a community with alternate side street parking. They arrived and unloaded on the wrong side. I mentioned it to the person in charge and within minutes he moved. I thought that was especially considerate. He also took the time to tell me that the general condition of the roof was excellent and probably would last another 10 to 15 years with little repair. The next day I received an email with pictures of the damage that caused the leak and the repair process. Considering the entire experience I highly recommend using Fairway to anyone wanting an honest, quality roof repair.

They had a team of young non-english speaking workers, the head of which was between 22-24 years old. They created a flood in my kitchen when they made a hole in the roof right before a torrential rain. I insisted someone come and repair it before the weekend coming up. It was fixed, with no apology. Unlike their guarantee, I was not kept updated on each phase of the job. At the end of the project, they added $2,244 to the job with suspicious reasons. I asked for a short meeting to go over pics and charges, I was put off week after week by Ryan Gustafson. Then, to add insult to injury, after threatening me with a lien, and my paying their questionable amount the very next day, they took my check and put a lien on my house. Though some people were satisfied, I was not so lucky. They saw a senior citizen they could bamboozle. In the long run, I didn't get the deal they gaslighted me with, when they padded the bill at the end. Don't trust them!
