I reached out to TCI on Friday afternoon to see if there was any posibility to do the work on Saturday because the opening was to be closed up on Monday. Jonathan was super communicative and managed to squeeze my project in on a Saturday with less than 24 hours notice from me. He also took care of my FPL rebate for me, taking it off his total price and making the my life much easier (and the project less out of pocket for me). His team arrived on time and were very polite and respectful of my property. They took before and after pictures for me without me even having to ask them to do this and shared them with me before requesting payment.
