Mike, the other tech was especially helpful when we were in a big time of stress cause we had a faulty breaker panel that was due to a poor home inspection. Plus some outlets that were also unsafe. They fixed all of these issues in a 2 day period and for a good price. I'll be asking for Mike for anything we need in the future he was the best, taking care of everything we needed. Mike went above and beyond by explaining issues to me while he was inspecting our outlets and breaker so I knew why they needed to be fixed, and so much more about electric in my condo that will help me down the road in knowing if something is going wrong Thank you guys!

The time it took to replace it was 35 minutes. The charge that I paid for this service was $275., an exorbitant amount by any standard. The average charge in Florida for a licensed electrician is between $100 and $150. per hour. I will not be using SunCoast Electric again.

He told us that they could install a new unit (air handler and condenser unit) as early as Monday or Tuesday (it's been a while and I don't exactly remember which date he said). They require a 50% deposit and the remainder upon completion. We set up a date for install and gave them a deposit. There were 2 guys who showed up the morning of to work on the unit. They had a good system going with one installing the condenser unit outside and the other one installing the air handler inside. It was about a 7 hour job. We had no issues with communication or installation. Asiel was absolutely great with responding to our phone calls/texts. We would highly recommend Prime Time if you are in need of a new unit!

How hard is it to get an appointment scheduled correctly? How hard is it to make sure whatever is needed for the day of appointment? I spoke with the general manager I think it was Joe/ Joey there and he seemed to be the only one that knew what was going on and how things should be working and managed to get it sorted out for me completely without anymore added stress. But why do I even have to get to the point where I need to speak to a general manager? The issue I'm having is why do you keep these people that make it impossible for me and all the other customers?!? The cherry on top is when the "techs" come out, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING! But certain areas of the house would not cool down until I ran the system on high for an hour. The owner Thayne listened to my issues and sent a tech. It was identified that I didn't have the correct size unit and some of the duct work was not installed improperly. He had a new unit installed and duct work updated. It feels like a new house. Afterwards I told Thayne that one of my girls had a breathing problem. He recommended that I have my ducts cleaned throughly. It's been 2 weeks and my little girl is breathing regularly. After a few years, I decided to switch out my water heater and AC unit. They removed both units and replaced both units within a day. Besides a few bumps, everything turned out great. Anything that needed to be fixed or altered was done so within a few days. They're very responsive and they don't get defensive. If you say this is wrong or that is wrong they come and they fix the issue immediately. For both the water heater and the AC unit I paid a good price. They're not gonna try to screw you over. All in all they're a good value, they do a good job, and I would definitely recommend them for all your AC needs. By the way, they use Rheem as their AC and water heater.
