After another 10 minutes, I ask which building to go to and am told they don't know and will contact the center. I finally arrive at their office at 10 am and hand the lady my paperwork. At 10:30, I go to the counter and ask the lady how much longer I', going to have to wait. Her response is "your next in line and you had an attitude before you even got here and I can reschedule if I want" TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!! At 10:45 I ask for my papers back and call to schedule an appointment with another one of their offices. This appointment is scheduled for 2/22 at 9am. In doing some due diligence, I reach out to David Wood who is the Chief Experience Officer of this entire group. He is very cordial on the phone, I tell him what transpired, he says he is sorry and asks me if I want him to contact the office and speak to the parties involved. I was baffled. How about just doing your job Mr. Wood as the Chief Experience Officer as my experience sucked!!!
