Over the last year or so I've noticed office staff changes. The former people were happy, these are not. Now the physical therapy department has all new therapy employees and the office staff and patients (me) were not informed. They showed up for work and there's all new people there. I drove quite a distance to see a specific therapist and when I get there I'm told he's no longer there. I get more respect from my hair salon. I am now looking for new orthopedic specialists and will be doing my homework. Did I mention that I've been a client of this practice for about 30 years. I'm done!

The pain was so intense I had to hold onto the walls and chests of drawers to get from the bed to the john. Dr. Norton removed the cyst and that very afternoon I was walking the hospital halls with no pain at all. There were some minor episodes of back pain the first 5 days or so. updating my review because Dr. Norton is GREAT, but the communication and staff could use a lot of…read morework. my first appointment, i was told there was a cancellation for tomorrow, so i booked it. i drive 45mins, and find out that i was booked for a different day and time. i got a cervical mri, and usually doctors receive images on their own. i finally have my follow up appointment and find out i was supposed to bring the physical disc. nobody informed me that i would need to bring the actual disc. for something so important, a reminder would be professional. i'm just supposed to reschedule which is a major pain because norton is out of office a lot. i also left a VM for the medical assistant and never received a call back. i'm glad i pushed to still be seen without the mri images because my experience after seeing dr. norton was pleasant. but these mistakes/bad communication by the team cannot be overlooked.
