Unlike all the other paint stores in this area these two guys are female friendly not patronizing and go out of the way to help you. They also bend over backwards for any requests you may have. Tony introduced me so a little device that they sell for $60 that is a portable color match sampler. So no more peeling off little pieces of your paint to try to match it at the store you can just put the device in the wall and it will accurately give you the color and Sherman Williams Collections More important they both make sure you know what your buy, how do use it and give you tricks of the trade to save you both time and money. With so many DYII's happening on YouTube and cable TV more and more women are wanting to paint, stencil and redo furniture and walls but are hesitant because they're not that familiar with paint products if that's you this is your new store. First of all, I JUST ordered my new kitchen appliances today, they won't be delivered for 2 weeks…read moreso, I am holding off the 5th star until delivery BUT, I just HAD to share what a PLEASURE it was to do business with Rafael (salesman) and Keisha (floor supervisor). Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just FELT GOOD to know that I am spending my money with such nice and caring people. Thank you so much both of you and Lowe's you are lucky to have them in your employ. I will be back for any and all future needs that this store sells and (at least for me) it's the PEOPLE who make the difference. I WOULD give this 5 stars right now but, I have to see how smoothly the delivery goes first BUT, Rafael and Keisha get a 6 out of 5.

WARNING TO EXPECTING PARENTS: Do Not Purchase Nursery Furniture from Rooms To Go…read more Based on our personal experience, Rooms To Go caused one of the most stressful and disappointing situations of our entire pregnancy--something that is completely unacceptable for a company selling baby furniture. In November, we purchased the Kids Woodland Adventure Classic Nursery Set, spending nearly $3,000, trusting that Rooms To Go would provide safe, properly manufactured furniture for our first child. After waiting six weeks for delivery, we discovered that a critical crib component related to the under-crib drawer system was manufactured incorrectly and could not be installed. What followed was not a simple fix, but a months-long ordeal: * Three additional deliveries over several weeks * Each time, an entire replacement crib was delivered, forcing us to repeatedly unpack large furniture while searching for the specific replacement part * Every replacement contained the same defect--incorrectly cut parts that physically could not be installed This was not bad luck. It reflected a systemic manufacturing and quality-control failure that Rooms To Go failed to identify or correct after multiple attempts. The issue was only resolved because a delivery driver--not a technician, not quality control--used a drill to modify a crib component inside our home. As first-time parents preparing for a newborn, we were forced into an impossible choice: accept a non-factory modification to a baby crib or risk having no crib at all just weeks before delivery. Even more troubling was Rooms To Go's response afterward. We were informed that because the delivery driver modified the crib, our warranty could be voided, despite the fact that their repeated failures left us with no reasonable alternative. Only after significant pushback did they agree to keep the warranty intact. After months of stress, repeated disruptions, physical strain while heavily pregnant, and the emotional toll of not knowing whether our baby would have a safe place to sleep, Rooms To Go offered $100 in store credit. $100. After nearly $3,000 spent, multiple failed deliveries, a manufacturing defect involving infant furniture, and a situation no expecting family should ever endure, this response felt dismissive and insulting. This experience shows a serious lack of accountability, empathy, and quality control--particularly concerning for a company selling products intended for newborn safety. We are open to continued communication with Rooms To Go's customer service or corporate team and would genuinely welcome the opportunity to update this review with a positive resolution if the company chooses to address this situation in a meaningful way. At this time, however, the response we have received does not reflect the seriousness of this experience. No family preparing for their first child should be put through this level of stress due to preventable failures

Excellent experience!…read more We called M&P to remove popcorn and apply knockdown texture to all three of my bedroom ceilings and to re-paint the walls and baseboards. Michell was very easy going and knowledgeable. He took notes on his phone and sent us the estimate / proposal via email. We opted for them to purchase and pick-up the material (i.e., paint and knockdown) rather than go to the store ourselves - and it was a GREAT, no hassle decision! Michell was also up-front about how the job may take two days to complete (one day for the ceilings and the second day for the walls). We scheduled a week in advance and confirmed with M&P the evening before. The whole ceiling process - including putting furniture back, removing drop-clothes, and cleaning-up - took about 7-hours (with a lunch break in between). M&P returned the next day to paint the walls. They moved furniture, as needed, and worked for about 3-hours. In the end - They gave us the leftover paint for "touch-ups" in the future. To Be Honest : We didn't expect "perfection" (because.... popcorn ceilings suck). But Michell and his team did an AMAZING job, and we are VERY happy with the results! We will be using M&P in the future.
