I would have rated my experience no stars. Go to the store to purchase two toilets and installation. Original installer had issues and had to reschedule. Scheduling and the store don't/can't/won't communicate two weeks later I am an angry frustrated customer. Finally, installation day. 1 toilet installed, 1 broken. Several calls then hang up from installation. Can't reach the store. Not sure what is happening. And we paid over $1200 to be treated this poorly. read more

I purchased a new GE fridge 3 weeks ago. It is defective and does not keep my food cold enough. Lowest is 43 degrees. That's dangerous causes food poisoning. Caution!! Lowe's dies NOT accept appliance returns or refunds on appliances after 48 hours. They referred me to appliance repair on a NEW appliance and I have to wait 2 weeks for a repairman. We are a Lowe's family. We shop at them often. Most recently, we'd been going to the stores in Boynton and Pompano Beach. We decided to check out this store as it seemed a tad closer to Lake Worth. It's a huge store that carries a bit of everything you can imagine in the hardware and construction areas plus appliances and paint, etc etc etc. The frustrating thing about stores like these are that assistance is few and far between. And even using their app, does not direct you to the correct aisle/bay. They move things around, but the app is not updated. So you wind up walking the entire store -- which can be a good thing if you're trying to get your steps in! But a bad thing, if you're in a hurry and just running in to find one quick item. Oh well. We probably will shop here again, though. We did (eventually) find everything we were looking for here. read more

I'd been working with this location on an installation project- every step of this process has been worse than the previous. The flooring department is apparently self-serve. I've made several visits and phone calls and have yet to speak to a live voice flooring associate in 3 months. The customer service associates are not focused on improving a customer's experience and are guaranteed to cut you off mid-sentence or transfer the call without warning. The store manager equally indifferent to keeping the departments staffed and supporting in resolving issues that stem from their non-existent flooring department. I wholeheartedly can not recommend this location- unless you plan to find your items yourself, load them yourself, and use self-checkout. Horrible customer service experience ordering an appliance from Lowes. I will never do this again. It has been rescheduled three times (their mistakes) and when you call the customer service to fix you get cut off or no one answers half the time. They give a 12 hour delivery window for a day a week out each time. You cannot work that day and then they call at the end because they wont make it. Then you have to schedule another week out. The last time I requested anytime before 2PM because i am leaving town for 10 days and of course i get confirmation the night before that they will arrive between 2:30-6:30PM. No one answered the phone when i called. What a mess. It will be over a month now and still no stove. read more

Don't purchase doors or windows from this company. First, based on my experience you'll get lied to on delivery times. Second, they have a terrible construction company that does work like the below images. Third, the bureaucracy to actually get the work done is impossible. Lowes truly does not care. They'll randomly call to deliver items and expect you to hold them for an indefinite period of time. If you order windows, that means wherever you let them put the windows or doors you ordered, they'll potentially stay there for months, well after the permit is issued. Plus, the store itself is a disaster. They brought in a new manager to fix the store. Nice guy, but I showed him these pictures 3 months before this review, he vowed to fix it, and probably laughed about it when I left because Lowes hasn't done anything about it. read more

Never Buy Appliances at Lowes. The service was horrible, the worst I have ever seen, and the products were delivered damaged. After weeks, not kidding, of back and forth with customer service. Edit that! It was all me calling them, they never called back no matter how many times they said they would. They ended up telling me I was foolish for not using my Lowes Credit card because it extends the return window from 48 hours to 30 days. We had a great experience buying a Honda lawnmower at this location. It was in stock as the Lowe's website had stated. We walked over to the mowers but they were on display on a shelf that you could not see much. There was an employee who assisted us. His name is Drew and he was extremely helpful. He was working on stocking and was not facing us. I went over and approached him for help. Without hesitation or trying to pawn us off to another employee, he stopped what he was doing and patiently helped us. He even took a box down and opened it for us so we were able to set the mower up and I could see if I could handle it. Due to Drew's help and extra effort, Lowe's had a sale of a Honda lawnmower. This mower is AWESOME!!! It cuts beautifully, it's light, and my Lord can it go fast !!! read more

The absolute worst customer service. I ordered a tile floor, paid over $1,000. Took a day off of work to meet man for measuring. Two months later they tell me , order was canceled. This Lowe's is okay. It's kind of off the beaten path. It's not really busy. I've been here a few times. All the employees that I've dealt with there I'm pretty nice. I did have to ask somebody for help, because they were preoccupied. But that's pretty normal at the home warehouses. I went most recently for a propane tank refill. And waited outside for almost 10 minutes, before I found somebody and asked them to open up the cage and get me a refill. The person that helped me was very kind. So no complaints. I don't really like to wait 10 minutes, but it is Florida. And it is what it is. read more

Ordered a refrigerator in the store with the sales associate. She informed me I must buy a hose in oder to have the icemaker operational. Purchased the hose along with a chest freezer. My delivery date was set and i chose the 8-12 window for delivery. It was confirmed the day prior. First of all the delivery arrived at 2pm, two hours later than the original delivery window. Next problem was the hose didn't fit the connection in my kitchen. I was told to go get parts. They leave and supposedly turned off the water to the icemaker water line. Not told they couldn't find it! I turn the water main back on and the kitchen floods. I call the store and ask for a manager. He will call me back in 10 minutes, which turns out to be over an hour. He blames everything on the delivery men. They are sent back out look around and state they can not do anything and leave. I still have no water in my home. The manager never checks again, bot surprisedl had an attitude and was dismissive. read more

Watched this place try to function at a seemingly slow time at 2pm on a Wednesday. One woman working customer service- the only one who was actually working. She kept calling managers and associates to help customers obtain their online orders or find products in store, with no response. She would ask where specific employees were and the answer was "I don't know, they are supposed to be here." 30 minutes go by, one associate sauntered in with his Popeye's chicken bag in hand and ignored her when she asked if he was supposed to be helping. Customers were getting livid, rightfully so as anyone with any tiny question beyond a simple purchase at self checkout had a 30-40 minute wait. It was a sad, sad scene. Today March 16 2023 I went to this store I had a store credit from a refund for $26 I bought some stuff want it to use it. I game them the receipt the card and for ID I gave them My USA Passport Card, and a picture of my Driver License, The Employee that was at the check out was horrible 5 feet 3 inches older White Lady. So mean and horrible I was left with my mouth open instead of helping me the customer she just had a horrible attittude and kept mumbling about theaft ?Call Corporate I am just a Cashier. So I ask for her Supervisor on floor and this 5 foot 3 inch African American Woman came to me. I explained my situation I show her my USA passport and a picture of my Driver License .She could have imput my driver license number from my Cell Phone and double check the pictures and information on my Passport and Driver License. But instead She choose to make it about her. Totally upset me and my Daughter over nothing. As a Store Owner myself I can tell you These People do not care about your store. They need to be trained in doing their job pleasantly. Please Trained this individuals , Usually when the Workers have this careless attituted they get it from their supervisor. BEWARE!!!! I bought a Ego Lawn mower from Lowes on Okeechobee in West Palm Beach. When I got home and opened it the battery was missing so I went back to the store. I was happy to keep it but told them I needed a battery. Then in the span of 2 minutes the manager Mundo accused me of lying, threatened me with their legal department if I do a charge back and insinuated that I stole. I picked up a jug of weed killer, I paid put it in my car and noticed my eyelid was burning it felt like a insect sting. I touched it to see if I felt a bump, then my whole eyelid, upper and lower started to burn while I was still in the parking lot of Lowes..I came directly home, and not used the product or even taken it out of the car Within one hour I could not see out of my left eye, it was all fogged over, and burning like crazy. I used an eyewash, it helped for a few minutes and started to burn. I rested my eyes and slept for an hour or so. when I woke up, I could not open the eye without intense pain.I went to emergency room, they flushed it and checked for abrasions, and debris, they found none, but suggested I see an eye specialist as soon as possible. I contacted to the store manager, and told him what had happened. HE FLAT OUT REFUSED TO FILE AN ACCIDENT REPORT. I called corporate and they seemed appalled, but I have not heard back from them. $135 at ER, $30 for prescriptions, a full day missed work on Saturday ($250). The products HAD to have been contaminated from a leaking bottle in the shipment. I found that it is common practice to just remove the broken container, and put the rest on the shelf, without decontaminating it. In other words, not even so much as hosing them off. A lesson learned late, I am filing for compensation, mainly for the callousness of the store management, and complete disregard of my damaged eyesight read more

Frankly, I usually shop Home Depot, but in need of some more variety in bedding plants I decided to give Lowe's a shot. Poor decision.... Sadly neglected with racks and racks of dead plants for sale. The aisles of the garden department looked like they were just about to clean up after a hurricane with garbage everywhere and tipped-over plants with dirt spilled all over.. Needless to say I'll stick with Home Depot and the local nurseries rather than Lowe's again. Pretty sad really because as I remember, this particular store used to have a really nice garden department but now it looks like no one cares Just a side note to Lowe's employees....a little water goes a long way! You have to be there for a paycheck anyway so why not water, sweep, pick up a little & stay busy? Absolutely fabulous customer service. I went in to buy one thing. A pot that could hold about 50 pounds of sand. I only wanted to spend around $20 so I only looked at pots in that price range. I always make sure I'm taking something from the correct spot so I don't have any surprises at the register. So when my pot rang up for $35 my heart sank. Luckily, there was a manager right there who said "How much did she say it was? $18? Override it" Whaaa? This is one of the worst Lowe's in the country. Multiple visits to the store and have encountered the following on a regular basis 1) nobody working in the wood department on more than 1 occasion 2) Had wood cut and it was off. Was told "saw is broken so that is the best we can do." 3) No cashiers (all self-service checkout, which is a pain when you have a lot to purchase), 4) Poor curb-side service (received notice that grill was ready for pick up. Drove to Lowes and waited for 30 minutes. Representative finally came out and said they lost my order, 5) Disgusting bathroom (water and toilet paper everywhere). 6) Customer service does not answer (I have called repeatedly to get an update on my order and the phone rings with no answer). Went to this location for First time and was soo disappointed. We asked for assistance in the lighting department the kind ladies in home decor asked this gentleman to help us. When he first approached he was mumbling. I then asked him for help on which one was the right size we needed to get and he picked one that was just sitting on top of box. Didn't take the time to really to look and see which one was right size. I then told the ladies at the register that we were so disappointed as i was explaining you could tell they didn't care. They just said we understand and i told them i'm disappointed because my first time in lowes and never will go back. Home Depot has much better customer service and they care to help.
