Staff was great but, nobody told me until it was done how much it would cost. I didn't ask because I thought it might be around $75. Still too high but, not the case. I will never do this again without first checking my options. The warranty says service by authorized factory service personll. That doesn't mean you have no choice. It was a cold day outside and it was colder in the waiting area than it was outside. The place needs a serious facelift and winterizing maintenance. There are large gaps around the door and window seal that need attention. Also, several ceiling tiles were damaged or missing. The bathroom was NASTY and also very cold. I am surprised that FORD would allow an establishment that represents their company, operate in that condition. I have never seen a waiting room at any dealership that looked that bad. Additional charges were included despite my clear refusal, and certain items presented as "complimentary" were, in fact, not free. Although I am content with the vehicle, even accounting for minor issues that still need to be addressed, the sales experience was misleading. Customers should be able to trust that they are being given honest and accurate information, especially when making a significant purchase. Being told that optional items are mandatory, or that costs are included when they are not, reflects poorly on the dealership's integrity. I acknowledge that I should have verified the details more carefully, and I take responsibility for that. However, I expected a higher standard of honesty and transparency from a dealership that assured me they would take care of me. I called Hayes automotive with Scott scheduled to have the valve cover gaskets replaced on my 2002…read moreChevy Silverado and he did the oil pressure sensor switch that day really had to come back with another tool the following day to be exact but it continue to drip oil even after he replaced the valve cover gaskets so he charged me $50 to come back out after paying almost $200 for the first trip out to replace the valve cover gaskets and the oil pressure sensor switch which I paid for I bought so I paid for the labor and continue to drip he said it was now a rear main seal which would cost $1,200 and he could do it within two days because he didn't have a lift I declined because of money I couldn't afford it so I drove the 1999 Chevy Silverado that I have just so I wouldn't continue to leak oil out of the one that's got worked on well yesterday I sold it to a young man in Ocala and him and his dad took it home and immediately took it apart and found that in fact the valve cover gasket that Scott installed with Hayes automotive was pinched and torn it was also bunched up so therefore that's where the leak is from that's what was leaking oil not I repeat not the rear mainship so what the heck was he going to do the main seal $1,200 really it took that kid and his dad 30 minutes to figure it out I'm just very disappointed and Scott because the truck was a good truck I would not have sold it I would have held on to it if I would have known that I replace just about everything in the truck but letting it go was hard but I look at the upside of things I still got the 1999 Chevy Silverado Z71 extra cab and now I got a new truck so life is good but Scott needs the slowest ass down and take time on people's vehicles that's all

I received very professional service from Nelson, nice guy who honored the oil change coupon emailed to us just as advertised. I mentioned the tires were low on air and they took care of that too. Waiting are is nice with coffee, cold bottles of water, snacks, and a small cafe for things like cookies. Places to sit and watch tv, or bring in your computer to get work done while waiting. Main complaint are the annoying sales reps here who pester you with pitches for refinancing, replacing your car with a new model, and the windshield replacement glass scam they hit you with as soon as you pull up. Yo, I'm from New York and wasn't born yesterday. All I want is an oil change not a new car!

We did have an oil leak we fixed by tightening up the oil filter (couldn't get any easier than that), but that's par for the course with any used car.
