They are prompt,…read moreprofessional, incredibly knowledgable, fair priced and always have the customer's best interest at heart - which is what keeps us coming back time after time. Recently, I took my husband's Volvo SUV in for some much needed TLC before he headed back to work. It needed a good buff, some trim pieces painted and replaced, and his back hatch fixed (as it no longer stayed open). They scheduled us at a time that was convenient for us. And when the replacement parts for his broken hatch came back at over $1500 to replace, they helped brainstorm with us cost effective ways to get the function from the hatchback we needed, without the cost of full replacement. They successfully solved our hatchback issues at a fraction of the cost. Thankful for their quick thinking, creativity and customer service!

But clients should be aware that by going to your house you are missing on the improved quality that a proper shop environment would provide (improved tools, paint job and more materials), and this is not well communicated by Fender Menders. After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days.
