It did take my car about three weeks to get back but only because the at-fault insurance company took FOREVER to respond. I'm sure I would've gotten my car back within a week if it wasn't for Ocean Harbor. Victor's body shop was so incredibly patient and extremely communicative. My car looks brand new. The paint job however was pretty bad on the fender... 4/10, it looks okay from 5ft but there's obvious signs of poor prep work, dirt getting painted over, and solid edges on the corners from them just laying the body panels on the ground while wet. Paint is already starting to chip on said panel within a day of picking up the car. Mechanical repair 3/10, returned the car to me with a bent shock just because "it passed alignment"... doesnt mean the shock isn't dangerous to drive on. I chose to go to this shop instead of a national chain with my insurance because i wanted to support a local business but I should have been more thorough in my inspection before pickup.

An hour later the job was done, they said they did the best they could straightening out a bent bumper attachment(hmm no mention to using those parts I paid for??). The end result was marginally better than before I brought vehicle to them. I sent before and after photos to the owner asking if this was the best they could do, but they didn't reply. Vehicle is a 2020 Nissan Rogue, and very clean with no previous accidents. Bottom line, if you have a lease car and insurance sends you to these guys, they are fine. If you are looking for real craftsmanship, I would not recommend them.
