I received very professional service from Nelson, nice guy who honored the oil change coupon emailed to us just as advertised. I mentioned the tires were low on air and they took care of that too. Waiting are is nice with coffee, cold bottles of water, snacks, and a small cafe for things like cookies. Places to sit and watch tv, or bring in your computer to get work done while waiting. Main complaint are the annoying sales reps here who pester you with pitches for refinancing, replacing your car with a new model, and the windshield replacement glass scam they hit you with as soon as you pull up.
