they will lie to you and tell you that you HAVE to have the service contract, in order for the bank to fund your deal. Then they cancelled our warranty, received the refund to the dealership, yet it was included on our financing contract. So we are paying for a warranty that was cancelled and they received the money for. They prey on those with bad credit so they can lie and tell you that you need something that you don't have to have for approval. Then the truck was hit the morning before we got there and they refused to fix it. And I have all the proof and receipts. Filed a complaint with department of financial regulations and FTC

Bought a new truck there two weeks ago. place is a dump at best. not what I expect at a NEW car dealer ship. Salesperson didn't know the product or the procedures. after arriving home with my truck found a small dent in the driver door. I got a im sorry from the salesperson and completely ghosted by everyone else. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a NEW car or truck be free of dents. At this point it's not even about the dent it's about the complete lack of care or attention from the dealership. I guess that's to be expected from something that could double for a used car lot from the 70s

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. While I am satisfied with the vehicle itself, my…read moreexperience with the dealership was highly disappointing. The primary issue is not the car, but the lack of professionalism and transparency throughout the sales process. As a first-time buyer, I relied on the information provided by the sales team. Unfortunately, I later discovered that key details--including the APR, financing terms, and total payment--were not accurately represented. Additional charges were included despite my clear refusal, and certain items presented as "complimentary" were, in fact, not free. Although I am content with the vehicle, even accounting for minor issues that still need to be addressed, the sales experience was misleading. Customers should be able to trust that they are being given honest and accurate information, especially when making a significant purchase. Being told that optional items are mandatory, or that costs are included when they are not, reflects poorly on the dealership's integrity. I acknowledge that I should have verified the details more carefully, and I take responsibility for that. However, I expected a higher standard of honesty and transparency from a dealership that assured me they would take care of me. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met and they get another 6k out of me, good job guys.

Both Plattner's and G'ville BuickGMC had what I was interested in, even the same color. The local Ford dealer Impala is the next step up with leather interior and many add ons at about the same price. Sadly for some unknown reason I didn't get any replies until after I made a deal in G'ville. I made a promise we'd be there and felt we should go because their deal was a fair one. Still I'd rather bought locally. Finally after buying the car in G'ville I got several emails from White Ford. Possibly I may have gotten a lower mileage more optioned car for near the same price. The sales staff I responded to was very helpful and understanding. Not taking the time to look at the Plattner Impala I missed a nicer car. No I didn't buy from Plattner's but I wouldn't hesitate if I were to buy again. Friendly, helpful, non pressure personnel.

They gave me a great deal and their costumer service is so good! The owner Russell is really nice to work with. He treat you like family. I was just so happy to meet someone like him. Hard to find honest and hostile people like him. Their cars are really clean and they are very fair in their prices. I shopped around so much but found a better car with a better price from them. In February 2015 I consigned a 2007 Tahoe with Russell Rabbani at My Florida Motors. Russell and I…read moresigned a contract to keep the car on his lot for one month and he would attempt to find a buyer. Once a buyer was lined up, he would buy the car from me and immediately sell it to to the buyer. Russell quickly found a buyer for the car at a great price--$16,900. I agreed to take $16,150 and he kept the remainder. When I stopped by to pick up the check and drop off the title, the car was already gone, but Russell did not yet have a check for me. He assured me it would be there in a couple of days, so I (stupidly, in retrospect) signed the title over to him and signed the bill of sale. The check did not arrive within a couple of days--this was the first of many deadlines that Russell did not meet. He then told me that the money would be available the next week, and that things were just tied up at the finance company. I grew increasingly concerned as several weeks passed and no check was forthcoming. In early March Russell wrote me a post dated check for the full amount, and just asked me not to deposit it until he had the money. At this point, Russell essentially disappeared: he wouldn't answer phone calls or texts, and the dealership was closed during regular business hours. I later found out from another employee that Russell was sick during this period. One day I was at dealership and I watched as an employee frantically tried to deal with many people showing up that Russell owed money or vehicle service to, all of whom left unsatisfied. After many texts and getting his employees involved, Russell eventually responded. He said he would shortly have the money, and that I could deposit the check In a few days time. At this point it was early April, but I agreed to wait a couple of days, at which point I proceeded to deposit this check. The check bounced, and my bank notified me that he had bounced other checks recently. I texted and called, but unsurprisingly he never answered. At this point, I paid for a consultation with an attorney. A week later, Russell texted me asking to meet up from a new phone number--I assume he switched phones to avoid angry people calling. We met up, and he offered to pay half, explaining that his finance company owed him money and that was causing all of his troubles. To his credit, he did deposit half in my bank account the next day. He never communicated with me again, but a week later (April 29) he deposited $3000, then a week later (May 5) deposited the remainder after I made it clear I was pursuing legal action. This entire experience was a nightmare--Russell failed over and over again to fulfill his obligations and did not even seem sorry about it. I spent many hours dealing with this that I'll never get back and even ended up incurring legal fees. My fiancée and I sold the car to pay for our wedding, and almost had to cancel the whole thing, causing many stressful conversations. Buyer (and seller) beware, big time.
