I do not have flexibility at my job. When I first called, the young lady might have been frustrated that a specific Doctor that I wanted to see did not have the hours that I was available. Then, Felicia picked up my call and was patient with my needs. To me, she is a winner. Thank you Felicia. We went to the Boynton office to see Dr Silverstein. She is patient and caring. Went here with my mother in law and her chart wasn't updated with her current medication so we made a list for the nurse to update the chart and she very rudely said "I can't do that right now I need to take care of this and send it to the hospital" and left us sitting in the examination room. After 15 minutes of sitting there someone else came to get us and said "is there anything else you need? We're waiting for you to check out" we told her about the list of medications for her chart to be updated. That second lady said give it to the lady up front she will update it. When we gave the lady at the front desk the list she said "I don't do that, the nurse does". I have never encountered such disgusting attitudes from the nurses when going to a doctor's office, specially under the circumstances. We love this doctor and we will continue to go to him because he is excellent but the nurses are extremely rude and unhelpful. So if you chose to go to this practice be prepared to deal with some disgusting attitudes from the nurses.

No one knew what they were doing, staffs were complaining to the patients about other staff member. It was very unprofessional. Here, there were none of that. It's quiet. Very slow pace and just peaceful. Dr. Nguyen seems caring, knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I hope he can be our Primary for a long time.

I am a trauma ICU nurse, and this behavior is completely unacceptable for new patients here in the office. Dr. Sukal did not even look us in the eyes when he walked into the room he started washing his hands and telling me to leave and wait in the waiting room since I couldn't sit in the room with my family member while a very small extraction was being completed. He said "this isn't a show". We won't be back here!
