This time i decided to take them to get groomed at petsmart since it was convenient and close to home. When i took them they told me that our dogs had to many knots and they were not able to give them the cut i requested. Mind you I've taken them in worse condition to our previous groomer and they did their best to get all the knots out. Even if i had to pay a bit extra for detangling conditioner. When they called me to let me know our babies were ready I was in shock from the way they left our female baby. They completely shaved her body from head to tail. I didn't make a scene nor did I refuse to pay for what they did. All I know is this will be the last time my babies return to this shop. Just wanted to add our male baby did come out nice. Also it was two different groomers who took them in.

The checkout always takes a long time. It always seems like they only have one cash register open for checkout, which I find to be odd. In addition, the store does not feel the cleanest. Whenever I walk through the dry dog food aisle, I am always welcomed by many moths fluttering around. The one good thing about this PetSmart is their emergency clinic in the back. I really like the doctors who work back there. They seem very knowledgeable and kind.

Upon my visit to looking at the beta fish I noticed the majority of them were dead. We have brought fish from here before and they did not last more than 6 months. The management at this store needs to be paying better attention to detail like this especially if these fish are one of the first things you see coming into the store. I decided to give it another try but instead of taking him to the Kissimmee location, I would now take him to the St.Cloud Location. The day before his appointment, I received a call for confirmation to take him. I was mind blown because this was the first time a petsmart has called at all. The gentleman was really polite on the phone and reminded me to bring all his updated records to his appointment. Day of appointment: We had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. I arrived a few minutes lates because of the traffic and once I got there I realized I scheduled before opening hours. There's a bell that you can ring and they'll open the door for you so you can take them to the grooming section. First impression: I was amazed of how big and clean it was and how it didn't have that animal scent as other stores. Once I got in, I got greeted by a lovely young lady. She went ahead and asked me all the questions and then explained to me what they were going to do. Any concerns I had were completely answered and she made me feel comfortable on dropping my dog Zero off. I had voiced to both of the young ladies that at the other location they didn't listen and groomed my dog incorrectly. Pick up time: Time for me to pick up my baby Zero. Before I head out, they sent me a picture of Zero when he was completely ready and another email to let me know he was ready for pick up. When I got there, they were still in high spirits and gave me his paw report. He came out a different dog, different as in happy this time. I've never seen Zero come out as happy after taking to the groomers. He was looking so clean and so perfect. They even gave him an adorable bandana. Overall, I'm really happy with this location and everyone was really helpful and nice. I'll be back in two months for another appointment :)

Walked in to get a $4 fish that's less than one inch for a classroom tank. Cashier 7 people deep…read moreand no one walking the floor so went to the office in the back. Staff looked bothered to see me. Asked me how many fish were going in the tank and size. I said only one and 5 gallons. She said I needed a 10 gallon tank but she could sell me a shrimp or beta for mine. I wanted the fish so I told her I had a 10 gallon tank (for a $4 half inch fish). She asked me to point it out in the isle. Went and spoke to cashier and came back. Asked which one I wanted. I told her any in that tank that was alive. She struggled for 2-3 minutes. Got irritated and threw the net in the sink (check your cameras 8/16) then went to the front and grabbed a larger net. Struggled some more. When I went to pay was again asked about the size of the tank (for the half inch $4 fish). What's worse a half inch fish in a 5 gallon tank or 30+ in a half gallon tank. It doesn't seem like a huge store but they have a decent enough selection so they'll probably have at least a few choices of whatever you're looking for. I am always presently surprised when they announce I have a $5 credit to use. The manager and staff will share your status on points and I find they want to help me find the right merchandise at a price I can afford. This chain is big on philanthropic pet causes. They have a bin to collect pet related food and merchandise which is donated to pet shelters. They feature a rescue cat for adoption. Presently they are collecting donations to assist the Orlando/Sanford Pet Alliance after a devastating fire that consumed the shelter. They have a large variety of treats and they frequently have sales on these and pet food. I like that they carry a full line of products from flea prevention to crates and lots of fun toys for pets.
