Out of nowhere, I received a text message informing me that my rent is skyrocketing to $189/month--a massive 57.8% price increase. I called management assuming it was a mistake, but they confirmed the new non-competitive rate.They lure you in with a low initial price and then exploit you once your stuff is already moved in, betting that you won't want to go through the hassle of moving. I am now forced to move all of my belongings to a different facility that actually treats customers fairly. Save yourself the heavy lifting and financial headache. Check other review sites--I am clearly not the only one dealing with this corporate greed. Avoid this place at all costs.

I called 2 weeks ago to book a reservation for my daughter move out. They gave me a reservation…read moreand told me I would need to call every Monday so I could hold the reservation set for may 6 2026. I had called 3 weeks in a row to make sure we would still have the reservation and was just told even if I had a reservation they would sell the until before that date if needed. However for 3 weeks 2 customer service representatives and 1 weeks storage until grounds have been telling me to call back every week. There were not going to hold reservations. so for 3 weeks I have been doing what they said I need to do to a fast No want the payment even if it is a month before college move out date. I was also In formed that they collected payment 4 months in advance. so if your not going to have stuff in the unit until need they still want payment. So many different things told. was so rude when I told them I was doing as they asked me to do and was told they didnt know who told me that. Yes they do because they know each time someone calls and calls are recorded plus agrees to allow me to record on my side. They are taking advantage of customer. Glady took my business somewhere else. I would not recommend this storage place.

Beware before you move you things into the storage unit. They raise it again soon after the first raise. It went from one hundred a month to two hundred a month. Read the fine print that they didn't give me before you rent! Just a warning. They did this right after the two bad hurricanes in Fl. They take advantage of people. I had two units and they raised them both. Im getting out and will never rent from them again.
