I am writing to express my concern about the customer service at your laundromat, particularly…read moreduring the morning hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The woman who works during these hours has repeatedly been unwilling to assist customers and, when she does provide assistance, her attitude can be very rude and disrespectful. My mother is an elderly customer who regularly comes to the laundromat and sometimes needs assistance loading her loyalty card. On Wednesday morning, she asked the employee for help. Instead of assisting her respectfully, the employee told her, "Come here, I'll show you, and hopefully you will learn because I won't repeat myself." I find this behavior completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially toward an elderly customer who was simply asking for assistance. Customers should be treated with patience, courtesy, and respect, regardless of how often they need help. I am asking that management please address this situation with the employee and ensure that customers, especially elderly customers, are treated respectfully and receive proper assistance when needed. I hope this matter is taken seriously. Thank you

The customer service was excellent from beginning to delivery of the wash Clothing they're on Text and they are helpful and you can also call them. The pickup valet was pretty good, pretty cool, very friendly and a hard worker whereas the drop off valet that left the clothes off, wasn't so friendly or helpful at all, but that was the only pitfall that we had and customer service was on top of it. I really liked the service I believe it is a premium service. I don't think it's it for it's everyone, but for premium clients is a good thing for example clients like me we live busy lifestyles or we have circumstances that require us to wash our Clothing using a premium Service as such. So it was kind of pricey but at the same time what do you expect for a premium service and it is a service of washing clothes that very few people offer so logistically I give them credit for pulling this through and I think it's a great service that they're offering and I think it's a great idea and I will continue to use our system. Who was delivered clean folded nicely and the sacks that they carry and they smell great so far so good. At first, you have to adjust yourself to this kind of Service because you have different people you have to work with and that's perfectly understandable so I'll be ready to work through the Ins and outs of pick up and delivery and ordering and setting the right service for yourself and understanding how the company works so be reserved in that area. I asked a lot of questions and all my questions were answered right as I asked him so that's a very good sign of good customer service.

There's a change machine on-site and a small soap/bleach/softener dispenser. Practical setup. Clear "No Smoking" signage. Floors are basic tile but look clean. Not luxury, but functional. This is the kind of laundromat you come to get in, wash, and leave. Efficient, organized, and businesslike. Only reason it's not 5/5: no visible seating lounge vibe or extras.
