EDIT TLDR: I would avoid at all cost because of the very rude staff (as mentioned in other…read morecomments). But if you are looking for another flower shop alternative that is sweet, kind, and considerate, I recommend going to Ambiance Floral instead of coming here. ********** I checked their website to order a fruit basket for my parents, and got this message: to order, please give us a call, I've attached a photo below for proof. So I called and the first thing the gentleman says is "what is it" and I was really shocked but thought I must've heard wrong. And I asked if this enchanted florist? And he tells me yes that's what I JUST said, his tone was already super irritated. I asked about their fruit basket options and he tells me to just look on the website as all the options are on the website. And I told him the website told me to call, which is why I'm calling. And he said well "that's simply not true it's all on the website", which took me aback because I feel like this isn't how to speak to anyone? And also what about elderly people who wanted to place order but didn't know how to use the internet to check "all the options"? We went back and forth a little cause I just wanted to place an order, but he was super rude and condensing. So I asked for his name and rudely told me, why do you need it, and I told him he's being very rude. Then he proceeds to say, well when I answered the phone you were speaking a different language. I was so shocked because I barely have an accent but he concluded I wasn't even speaking English? I had to hang up because he was getting super belligerent and argumentative on the phone and I was super scared. I'm actually shaking in fear right now because I don't think I've ever had such a bad encounter over the phone. He said I was laughing at him but I was actually about to cry from how mean he was. This place makes it so hard to support small businesses. I would avoid at all costs since they don't seem to want business and are super unhelpful. For the business itself, I would suggest training your staff better and to treat people with respect.

Not only did Marie answer the phone, but she was incredibly kind and willing to help, even offering to include a sympathy card and personally go out to purchase gift cards from another store to add to the arrangement. This level of customer service and care is truly rare. It's always a bit nerve-wracking giving your credit card information over the phone--especially for a $550 order--but Marie immediately sent me receipts, photos of the floral arrangement, and images of the gift card receipts and activation codes. She made me feel completely at ease through the entire process. I would recommend this shop again and again--for the stunning flowers, attention to detail, and absolutely exceptional service. Thank you, Marie!

I ordered a floral arrangement to be sent to Keegan's Funeral Home in Albany, NY, for a very close…read morefriend whose brother recently passed away from pancreatic cancer. After reading the reviews for the various florists locally, I selected "Blooms by Marie." I called the florist and reached Marie on the phone. I wanted to be sure that an arrangement could be sent on the same day for the wake service, which would start at 4-7 p.m. and be followed by the funeral the next day. Marie asked what I was looking for, and I went onto her website and selected a tall, elegant arrangement. Marie gave me her personal cell phone number so I could share specific flowers and colors that I was considering, along with our sympathy card, because there did not appear to be enough room on the card section on her website for our full message. Marie created a beautiful, thoughtful arrangement that accurately reflected the occasion's solemnity. Marie gets top praise for attentive customer service, timely delivery, and understanding of my preferences during difficult times. Marie was willing to incorporate meaningful flowers and colors to personalize the arrangement, making it a fitting tribute to the deceased. I very much appreciated Marie's empathy and care in creating an arrangement for the wake, the church service, the reception after the burial, and the family's home after the services. Marie created the floral arrangement in January 2025 with attention to detail, beautiful colors, and incredibly fresh flowers. The sympathy arrangement was stunning, and it arrived on time at the funeral home. It was exactly what we needed to express our condolences during a difficult time. Marie, thank you so much for your efforts in creating an incredibly beautiful floral arrangement! My sincere thanks!
