EDIT TLDR: I would avoid at all cost because of the very rude staff (as mentioned in other…read morecomments). But if you are looking for another flower shop alternative that is sweet, kind, and considerate, I recommend going to Ambiance Floral instead of coming here. ********** I checked their website to order a fruit basket for my parents, and got this message: to order, please give us a call, I've attached a photo below for proof. So I called and the first thing the gentleman says is "what is it" and I was really shocked but thought I must've heard wrong. And I asked if this enchanted florist? And he tells me yes that's what I JUST said, his tone was already super irritated. I asked about their fruit basket options and he tells me to just look on the website as all the options are on the website. And I told him the website told me to call, which is why I'm calling. And he said well "that's simply not true it's all on the website", which took me aback because I feel like this isn't how to speak to anyone? And also what about elderly people who wanted to place order but didn't know how to use the internet to check "all the options"? We went back and forth a little cause I just wanted to place an order, but he was super rude and condensing. So I asked for his name and rudely told me, why do you need it, and I told him he's being very rude. Then he proceeds to say, well when I answered the phone you were speaking a different language. I was so shocked because I barely have an accent but he concluded I wasn't even speaking English? I had to hang up because he was getting super belligerent and argumentative on the phone and I was super scared. I'm actually shaking in fear right now because I don't think I've ever had such a bad encounter over the phone. He said I was laughing at him but I was actually about to cry from how mean he was. This place makes it so hard to support small businesses. I would avoid at all costs since they don't seem to want business and are super unhelpful. For the business itself, I would suggest training your staff better and to treat people with respect.

8/3/2018 Many thanks to Louis for doing the wedding flowers!…read moreMy bridal bouquet was gorgeous! So were the table arrangements, corsages and boutonniere. He even made a special trip to the hair salon to drop off flowers for my hair! Wouldn't have gone anywhere else to order flower arrangements! (Repost from another account which has been deleted)

We shared pictures, emails and phone calls. Kim and David were caring and concerned, to get this done to please us. We were thrilled and most important, so was the bride. Highly recommend!

I'm pretty sure that buying flowers at Price Chopper is one of those things that everybody wants to…read moredo or has done at some point, but nobody really wants to admit to it or openly promote it because it might seem... tacky. Fortunately for you, fellow yelper, I am an honest kinda gal. And if you think it makes me tacky, well... I can live with that. Let's be real. Flowers die. Unless you're getting something with roots in soil, you shouldn't really expect flowers to last more than a few days, amiright? So why spend a ton of your hard-earned money?? I shop at this PC regularly for groceries and can't help but notice when I walk by the florist section how nice and healthy all the plants and flowers look. I can't recall seeing anything here that looked even remotely wilted. Now, I don't buy flowers often. But I was on a tight schedule on this particular day, and when a yelp search didn't show me any other florists nearby, (except one that was shut down when I got there, but that's another story...) I headed to PC. I was not terribly hopeful, since I was looking specifically for gerber daisies, and I wasn't sure how likely they would be to have them at such a small location. But they had a variety of colors behind the counter that had just arrived that day. The sales associate was extremely helpful in telling me how they should be cared for and arranged the ones I selected with greens in a nice bouquet for my friend. They were beautiful. And the best, tackiest part of this experience was the price. A smaller but otherwise similar arrangement I found online from a non-PC florist ran about $50... I paid ~$17 for 15 beautiful gerber daisies with greens. And (*gasp*) I would do it again.
