Additionally, Hoffay's offers fresh vegetables which are excellent. I love to get some fresh corn on the cob or tomatoes. They're almost always fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. George's has an impressive variety of plants, and their prices are competitive for the most part. It's also worth mentioning the greenhouses across the parking lot, where they keep loads of annual plants/flowers for sale starting in the spring. There's limited parking but somehow we've never not found a spot here. As far as i know they have a hard no 'refund/return' policy, which is important to keep in mind. Long live George's.

Shopping inside was a bit challenging, because they were closing out summer and autumn items in preparation for Christmas (and you know they'll have a great Christmas display, because it's a Hewitt's). But I did manage to find a few deals on summer items. It's unlikely I'd shop here regularly, mostly because there's another Hewitt's 1 mile from where I live, but I'd certainly stop in again if I'm in the area.
