Not only did Marie answer the phone, but she was incredibly kind and willing to help, even offering to include a sympathy card and personally go out to purchase gift cards from another store to add to the arrangement. This level of customer service and care is truly rare. It's always a bit nerve-wracking giving your credit card information over the phone--especially for a $550 order--but Marie immediately sent me receipts, photos of the floral arrangement, and images of the gift card receipts and activation codes. She made me feel completely at ease through the entire process. I would recommend this shop again and again--for the stunning flowers, attention to detail, and absolutely exceptional service. Thank you, Marie!

To top it off, the order was made December 23, and as busy as they were, the kindness and professionalism was above and beyond. Very grateful and will use from now on. Barbara K.

But if you are looking for another flower shop alternative that is sweet, kind, and considerate, I recommend going to Ambiance Floral instead of coming here. ********** I checked their website to order a fruit basket for my parents, and got this message: to order, please give us a call, I've attached a photo below for proof. So I called and the first thing the gentleman says is "what is it" and I was really shocked but thought I must've heard wrong. And I asked if this enchanted florist? And he tells me yes that's what I JUST said, his tone was already super irritated. I asked about their fruit basket options and he tells me to just look on the website as all the options are on the website. And I told him the website told me to call, which is why I'm calling. And he said well "that's simply not true it's all on the website", which took me aback because I feel like this isn't how to speak to anyone? And also what about elderly people who wanted to place order but didn't know how to use the internet to check "all the options"? We went back and forth a little cause I just wanted to place an order, but he was super rude and condensing. So I asked for his name and rudely told me, why do you need it, and I told him he's being very rude. Then he proceeds to say, well when I answered the phone you were speaking a different language. I was so shocked because I barely have an accent but he concluded I wasn't even speaking English? I had to hang up because he was getting super belligerent and argumentative on the phone and I was super scared. I'm actually shaking in fear right now because I don't think I've ever had such a bad encounter over the phone. He said I was laughing at him but I was actually about to cry from how mean he was. This place makes it so hard to support small businesses. I would avoid at all costs since they don't seem to want business and are super unhelpful. For the business itself, I would suggest training your staff better and to treat people with respect.

So happy that this neighborhood has such a great flower shop!…read more I hadn't planned to buy flowers this weekend but considering it's Valentine's Day tomorrow, I figured it's the perfect time to do so. They had tons of roses and at a reasonable price considering the holiday weekend. They also had quick grab-n-go items for V-Day: table-top 'gift box' roses, gift bags w/ flowers, and stuffedI'd animals. I believe they had around 7 or 8 different kinds of pre-bundled flowers ranging from $16.99 to $29.99. They also have other flowers to choose from to make your own bouquet. I saw flowers I've never seen before like their pure white irises...beautiful! I opted for a $29.99 bundle and added some evergreen and dried flowers from my yard for my Valentine's arrangement. The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. Great selection.
