We did have to wait a bit but didn't mind. Once inside, I felt such a sense of calm. The little store was adorably decorated by its own items. There was such a variety of pots and hangers for plants and flowers. There was a more retail side of the store and then a arrangement section where you could build your own (with the help of staff). They help with wedding bouquets as well! I picked up a Fittonia which I have been eyeing for quite awhile. I was due for a new plant pot as well and couldn't resist the boho vibes of the one I purchased (see photos!). The plant was nicely wrapped for my commute home & care instructions were provided! According to the website it was guaranteed to arrive same day on January 10th 2025. On January 11th I called the florist to ask why my order had not been delivered, they advised it was due to poor weather conditions on January 10th, which was acceptable. They advised it would be out for delivery that afternoon (January 11th). I called the company on January 12th as it still had not been delivered, no response. I emailed, no response. Finally I received a text message with a photo from my friend that she had received my gift. I am beyond disappointed. The plant that she received did not even come close to resembling what I had ordered. At a price point of 80.95 what she received was something I could have purchased at a local grocery store for 10.00. It is actually embarrassing. This was a sympathy gift and if I am being honest, the plant she received is dying, the flowers on the plant are wilted and the greenery does not appear to be that of a healthy plant. I emailed my concerns to the company with zero response and I have left a voicemail for them also.
