My friend was thrilled with the arrangement & 1 week later she said they are still perfect while all the others she received have wilted & died. Most definitely pleased.

I learned two days later that the arrangement had not been received. I reached out to the florist by email to inquire about what happened and the response from Sophia was 'well my husband delivered it'. She seemed to not understand that the arrangement was in fact not received. After two days of arguing, Sophia sent an email indicating that she would redo and resend the arrangement. The language in the email read like she was being the hero and doing me a huge favour -not righting her original wrong. The arrangement never made it. Over $100.00, days and days of begging back and forth over email and it was all for not. There was never any follow up. Never any apology for the horrible service. Not to mention our intention to recognize a team members retirement by having something beautiful sent to their home. A waste. And a moment we can never get back. Buyer beware. This vendor gives zero effs. Zero.

As a senior citizen, I was looking for flowers that were accessible by bus and not too expensive…read more I phoned one flower shop but the number was out of service and realized that website information may not be accurate or relevant. I found Charmed Flowers right downtown Waterloo, near King and Erb. Although the location was listed as a 2 King street North address it's entrance was just around the corner on Erb Street. I called the shop and there was a friendly message with detailed information and indicating the person would call back within two hours. Within a few minutes I received a call back and I inquired about their "grab and go" service which referred to lower priced flowers on a first come first serve basis that were available after 230pm and a picture of the actual flowers were advertised on their website. The woman was very professional and kind and directed me to the display of those particular flowers. It appears most of their business is done through online advanced orders. I chose two sets of flowers and was pleased with the flower arrangement. The flowers looked lovely but a few were getting older but that made sense as that is why they were being sold at a reduced price in the 'grab and go' selection. I was happy with the florist and happy with the visit. I would recommend this shop for flowers online. What they offer and the approach and limitations were clearly explained on their website. I was pleased with my overall experience including her effort in wrapping the flowers and the information.
