They also knew the flowers were a gift for a friend's cancer surgery. They have no accountability or compassion. If you're spending serious money on flowers for a special occasion, I'd strongly caution against ordering here. What you see is not what you get. 1st image is what was delivered, 2nd image is what I thought I was purchasing.

Lily was not only charmingly professional but had a command of the menu that rarely is seen. The menu at Bella offers a full range of Italian dishes and she demonstrated intimate knowledge of every dish with a truly entertaining description and enthusiasm that made our dining beyond enjoyable. We were literally the last to leave having arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Not once did we feel hurried which is a credit to not only Lily but the staff behind Lily from Chef to checkout. We love this place for the great food but last night was truly an exceptional evening. If you haven't tried it, we highly recommend it as well asking for Lily.

Jenny was extremely helpful, and worked with us to ensure our floral needs were met. We wanted coral peonies (a premium flower, so more expensive), and Jenny informed us that the coral color would not be in season for when we wanted it. She worked with us to ensure we understood what we were asking, and how she could accommodate our needs. Since peonies are huge-yet beautiful flowers, she informed us that they would not be ideal for boutonnieres or wrist corsages. She suggested ranunculus (which are like mini-peonies) and I AM NOW OBSESSED WITH THEM! They are beautiful delicate flowers and they worked for boutonnieres more than I could have even imagined! They perfectly suited our theme! We were also able to get centerpiece rentals through Jenny and Texas Blooms, and it was some of the best money we spent! Not only was it comparable to what you would find online price wise, we don't have to store any of the pieces. We also adjusted the amount of centerpieces to lower than the original projection. Jenny was able to work with us to give smaller flower pieces for our cocktail tables instead of the original amount of centerpieces needed. We approached the decor with the vibes of "a garden, but make it fall with a dash of whimsy and fantasy". Jen at Native Bloom was very quick to pick up on these vibes and delivered a quote with inspiration pictures that matched what we were looking for. Throughout the entire process, Jen was very easy to work with. We had a reasonable budget for the flowers and when there were aspects of her design that fell out of our price range, she quickly worked with us to find more cost-effective alternatives. We also collected a lot of vintage glassware for the table settings and were keen on having some of them used in the floral design. Jen was kind enough to meet us halfway between her shop and our home to pick up the vessels and incorporated them beautifully into the tablescapes. She provided fun suggestions to the floral design, including adding darker red tones to our dusty pink and sage green wedding colors and finding the perfect, fluffiest, most mystical moss to add to the tables.
